I can’t say enough good things about Alex and the amazing team at Bareburger! We placed an order through the website, and somehow it got marked as pick-up instead of delivery. As a result, our food sat for at least an hour due to the confusion. When we called to find out what happened to our order, Alex, the manager, immediately stepped in. Without any hesitation, he not only offered to send the order to us but also remade it fresh! He didn’t have to do that, but he did—and it was such a kind and generous gesture.
The food arrived hot and delicious, and Alex’s quick action and commitment to customer satisfaction really solidified us as returning customers. Huge shout-out to Alex and his team for going above and beyond to make things right. You’ve earned our loyalty, and we’re so grateful for the exceptional service!

If you don’t care about the food and service but for the mood and vibe, this place is a must go. 5 of us came, waited for 45 minutes for a burger to come out. Ordered two fries and those came out first. For the two main burgers, it took 45 minutes and wouldn’t give us utensils after asking numerous times. This one guy who took our order couldn’t get the order right, and would tell us the food would come out a few minutes later after asking when it would come out. 45 minutes..The fries, sweet potato, came out cold. We were just so damn hungry from waiting we just took it as is. Drinks would come 15 minutes after the fries. I really don’t ask for much when it comes to food especially easy burgers… just not 45 minutes, with TERRIBLE service and with some efficiency. Would constantly give us looks for asking SIMPLE things like utensil, when the drinks would come out after the fries coming late. NEVER coming ever again.. used to be such a go to spot. So sad it had to go.

Okay burger but a nice little bar and a nice restaurant, definitely a good spot to go to with kids or a large party especially in the summer when the doors are open and the outdoor seating is nice. Menu is simple and there is a nice variety of food. Service is good.

Doesn’t seem like any of the servers know how to actually serve. The menus were dirty after arrival. And the server waited until the “happy hour” was over to take our order. Not only that but we never really were assigned a server? We had 3 different people to a) Take our order b) bring us the food c) check us out. Not only that but we were never checked up on by any of those three servers to see if we would need anything. We were definitely being watched though because when we were ready eating suddenly the check appeared with a server we have not seen the entire time eating there. AND IT WAS NOT EVEN BUSY, 2 other tables max so there really is no excuse. The food wasn’t even that great and I am pretty sure it messed with my partners stomach. Wouldn’t come here again.
