Delicious!!! So many flavors and great service!

This place taste so much better then other locations for some reason. No old oil smell on original and sauce is very flavorful compare to other ones by my area. But service is terrible. Very rude for no reason.

We ordered a 24-piece boneless combo with three flavor choices — Secret Sauce, Golden Garlic, and Soy Garlic — through the online system. However, we received two boxes of plain chicken with only a tiny amount of Secret Sauce on the side, and Soy Garlic chicken. In other words, only one out of the three flavors we selected was correct.
Our family never orders plain chicken, so we were really disappointed to receive it — not just 8 pieces, but 12 pieces of plain flavor.
Please make sure to double-check orders carefully before sending them out to avoid disappointing your customers.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. I placed my order using website. I received an immediate response from bbq chicken. Bbq chicken sent me a text estimating the time my chicken would be ready. The Soy and garlic chicken was delicious and that was my first time trying this restaurant. I picked my food the cashier was pleasant and had everything in my to go bag. I have worked in restaurants and I have my food handler's license. Great job bbq Chicken, your food is worth cackling about.

The food is good. The service sucks. Folks have a dismissive attitude. Also the the hours online and posted on the store front are incorrect. On the store window and online they have closing time listed as 9pm. I walked in at 8:33 and was told the kitchen was closed to orders at 8:30. If that’s the policy then it should be posted. But also what would have taken to say hey this is the policy but you walked in 3 minutes after “close” so I’ll do you a favor this time. I could have been informed and fed and left happy and they could’ve had my money. Spoiled my whole day as I had been waiting to get this meal all day.

My son and I stop by for chicken after getting haircuts in the area. Great tasting chicken! Just make sure you leave ~20 minutes for the food to be prepared. Highly recommended!

I ordered a whole chicken (half soy garlic, half galbi), waffle fries, boneless wings (honey garlic) with french fries. The order was fast, freshly made and flavorful. Everything was delicious!
