Nice French brasserie in Bergen county.

Escargot generous. Butter overflowing.
Bread and butter nice.
Onion soup not so salty but not as much crust cheese tops.
Quiche very nice.

Creme brulee relatively less eventful. Coffee less wow factor.
Puffy dessert with tiny apple cubes and a scoop of vanilla icecream recommended by server was really good.

China pretty with blue lining.
Interior charming. Nice long bar with high ceiling as well as saloon tables round bench and square standalones.

Wonderful French restaurant with amazing food and a delightful, professional staff. Held a post funeral repast, organized at the last moment. Delicious choices: salmon, schnitzel and croque monsieur. Creme brulee and fresh koign amman for dessert. Highly recommend Evelyn and her colleagues for a wonderful event space.

A well run place with a great atmosphere. Everyone is always welcoming and they make me feel at home every time I walk in the door. The cocktails are fantastic and the burger & short rib are a 10/10. I highly recommend this restaurant. Excited to try the brunch soon.

Second visit today and disappointed again!
Such a nice environment and good business plan and how very poorly executed.
Food was below average specially for the price. The burger is precooked dor example so its just dressed to posh it up!

Service was even more disappointing! Our coffee spoons were thrown on the table for instance since the server wouldn’t bother to a turn around large table of 12.
We didn’t feel welcome not at the greeting not during service!
Will be avoiding!

Still feel as though this is a criminally underrated restaurant for the area. My server Avangila was very polite and punctual. Although, I went right around closing I was treated with the utmost respect and patience. The general design of the inside paid correct homage to French architecture. The Escargot, Burger, and Creme Brulee were spot on. The Cocktails were a breath of fresh air, along with a suitable craft beer list. Definitely a place that is a must go for locals due to its food and curtis staff.

This place might look flashy and pretty on the outside — the kind of spot that makes you want to try it at least once — but the freshness was seriously lacking. The crab salad was disappointing: the watermelon in it was completely gone, and doesn't match with crab at all. Plus the dish itself was even more of a letdown. I don't know how they collect 20dollars out of it. As for the cooked mussel, just stay away from it and that's all I can express. My companion actually had to spit it out AND YOU KNOW WHY. I live in this neighborhood, but I won’t be coming back in near future.— not even if it’s free. The menu and service don’t just need improvement; they need a complete rebuild from the normal ground up.

Brunching with my sister at Brasserie felt like we accidentally wandered into Paris—minus the jet lag. Our waiter, Francisco, was on point from the start, kicking things off with a Bellini and sangria that were basically sunshine in a glass.
Then came the crab cake. Oh, that crab cake. Packed with juicy lump crab meat and served with a sauce so good, we considered licking the plate (no shame). Every bite was a little seafood miracle.
The escargot arrived swimming in garlic and butter—aka the perfect excuse to dunk every piece of bread in sight. And the Tarte Parisienne? A sweet-and-savory dream topped with foie gras and truffle oil. Fancy, fabulous, and totally decadent.
We wrapped it all up with the Pot de Crème, a silky dessert that made us feel like we were starring in our own French rom-com.
Final verdict: zero regrets, full stomachs, and a mini vacation for our taste buds can't wait to come back for dinner.

It’s truly the traditional French Brasserie you need on your local go-to list for TROUT AUX AMANDES. brown butter, haricot vert, almonds, lemon. Great steak, too. Don’t miss the homemade vanilla Ice cream!
