Do not order new item ZESTY. the bread was stale and dry. The beef patties are from kids size! What a joke! The pictures are very falsely done. I want my money back or a replacement !

This is the 3rd time now and I have no clue what the reason is for them to have one car at the window while the other waits at the intercom? What is the point? I ordered on the app, waited at the drive through. Person in front went to the window, and I was stuck at the intercom. She asked me for my order, and I said I ordered online, she said hold on. 5 min later, she told me to drive around. The other car wasn't there! What's the point!!!

Another time I ordered on the app, waited 15 min. She gave me the wrong order, and I told her so. She said that I had it at "pick up at the window", then why the heck did you confirm my order at the intercom?!?!

The only reason this place is surviving is because there's no other fast food restaurants. But the word "fast" isn't even their dictionary. The old crew was better. I'm not sure what's going on with these people now.

Their food is always cold and stale. Just waited on their drive-through line for 7 minutes and the line never moved up so I just left. Worst they tell you not to pull up from the menu so they can lie to corporate about their timing. Ugh Worst managed fast food chain in

Ordered my whopper meal at the drive through and the woman who took the order shouted out callously 'stay right where you are' through the speaker.
I have been to so many drive through fast food including the burger king in Closter and never had that before so drove down to the next window to pay and pick up the food as usual.
The woman who I later found out to be Stephanie handed out my drink with very unhygienic hands and once again shouted out 'back up' with a grumpy voice.
I asked what she meant and she mumbled it was against her timer(?) with a nasty attitude.
I initially found it very rude and appalling but then somewhat puzzled with her abnormal behaviors.

Got two combos and a kids meal for takeout. Food was acceptable and at least it was warm on receipt. However drinks were missing and I luckily caught it when checking the order.I also sidestepped the service issues by using one of the self order kiosks but one of the two were malfunctioning.Lastly, the washroom was atrocious. I understand it can be like that when it’s busy but it was a ghost town.
