It's basically your typical Burger King. DO NOT come here if you're seeking a quick lunch. They're always badly overmatched when it gets busy. In those times, simple orders move a slow restaurant speed 🐌

Worst location anywhere. Drive through crew insists on serving only one drive through order at a time while making all others wait at the intercom. Customers driving away left right and center. And then a ton of attitude once you get to the window. Have complained to corporate multiple times but they also don't care. This location does not deserve to be in business.

DO NOT USE THE KIOSKS. We ordered through the kiosk because of course there were no employees near the front. Turned out they didn’t have an ordered item available (this item was the whole reason we were there) - they offered us a cheaper replacement or nothing. Literally refused to refund the amount and said it was because we’d used the touchscreen to order. Absolutely terrible policy and no manager on duty.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience felt too off not to say something.
I went in around 10 PM and ordered a Triple Whopper, but was quietly served an Impossible Whopper instead — something I never ordered or agreed to.
The staff seemed cold, whispering behind the counter, and overall unwelcoming. When I politely asked for ketchup, I was told it was already in the bag — but it felt like my presence was unwelcome from the start.
There were no outright insults, but the energy was heavy and dismissive.
This may not be a big deal to some, but respect and clarity matter. Whether the staff was tired or something deeper was going on, it affected the entire experience.
Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect — and served what they actually ordered.
Tonight’s visit missed that completely.

The staff, who took the orders about 10 minutes ago, dropped all the paper bags in which the food was placed on the ground and looked at me and took them inside. It wasn't hygienic at all. He should have thrown it all into the trash can next to him there. I guess I won't be able to eat from there again.

Honestly I want to give a one but all BK are the same now. They have terrible workers and the food comes out slow.
I have been to burger kings before in different locations, but this is the worst customer service I have experienced. There are at least 10 people waiting for their orders and the staff are giving such an irresponsible answers when I asked about my order is very frustrating. They have my order sitting there and I was been waiting there for more than 10 minutes to pick it up. And it was cold after I took it. I had to throw it. I will never return to this location again.

A lot of construction. Seemed like 2 people were working (one kitchen and one front house). She was doing her best but meant everything was slow. The app wouldn't allow combos or sauces or rewards. It was just a mess
