Got two combos and a kids meal for takeout. Food was acceptable and at least it was warm on receipt. However drinks were missing and I luckily caught it when checking the order.I also sidestepped the service issues by using one of the self order kiosks but one of the two were malfunctioning.Lastly, the washroom was atrocious. I understand it can be like that when it’s busy but it was a ghost town.

Please understand that this is actually one of my favorite Burger Kings. The employees are friendly and accommodating, and the food availability, which can vary from location to location, is pretty good here. However, I needed to leave this review because I wanted to bring attention to a problem that needs to be resolved, and the toll-free customer service number wasn't giving me an option to talk to anyone or leave a message.
