No, I’m done. I’m fed up. I have been to so many chipotle’s. I will drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction before I go here again. It’s really upsetting rarely leaving ratings or reviews. Between missing items, poor timing, hairs and stale chips, this is the 5th, and last, problem I’ll have with them. It just goes to show the amount of trust I’ve put in them for my meal in a nutshell.

The bowl wasn’t closed properly, the oils and juice dripped out, ripped the bag and exploded all over my car. I didn’t even making out of the parking lot. No, I was not going back inside to complain. Not because there’s oil and juice all over my cloths and car, but because I’m tired of constantly being disappointed by this location. Shut this place down.
“Why didn’t you make sure the bowl was sealed?” It’s not my job nor should it be. Regardless, if it’s $5/hr or $75/ hr I don’t understand what the problem is with just the showing up to work and doing a good job? There’s no urgency, attention to detail or desire from any of the employee I’ve ever come across there? All of them are laughing, giggling, having a great time behind the counter and not paying attention to anything happening in front of them and then have an attitude when you asked them for a little more than some underserved portions, which isn’t even the problem anymore because we’re SO far beyond that. There is ZERO work etiquette or professionalism from any one I’ve talked to that works there. It does not matter how old they are, whether if they are a teen or in their 20s, the attitude they work with is as if they don’t want to be there. Show up and ready to work. It irks my soul as customer at this point because it’s ruining the quality of customer experience of trying to get food. I’ve already went to the website and filed complaints; It’s been the same problems for YEARS almost since they first opened up in the plaza and NOTHING has been done.
The tortilla on the side I paid for was also stale and cold. Sad.

Just another a really sorry experience at the Closter Plaza Chipotle.

I have no idea what it is with this location, but they almost never stock enough seasonal protein options. It also seems they're one of the few locations without seasoned fajita veggies. Most other locations offer the option to wait for whatever is currently empty to be refilled, not here. I've tried a few times to bring these issues up, but I guess this location also employs exclusively deaf individuals, from line workers to management. Don't waste your money here, there are many better options in this mall.

Just left the Chipotle in Closter with nothing because they decided to stop making white rice for the rest of the night. Its 7pm they do not close until 10pm. Manager also told me that they were not going to make anymore for the night. How can this be possible? This location has really gone down hill. They lost 3 orders because of this.

alright this is my LAST STRAW with the closter chipotle i never want to give them my service again. in the past i have somehow manage to ignore the fingernails in my bowl. the cold cheese on my quesadilla (how is that even possible) and the inability of the workers to make a decent bowl. but THIS TIME i ordered a steak quesadilla with brown rice, white rice and tomatoes on the side. instead i open it to one side being full of sour cream. what the hell. i online ordered and got there before it was done, i could see those ingredients in the main order line but did they walk over there and get them ??? no! did they see me waiting and ask if i wanted a different side? NO! this is ridiculous do not give them ur business

They give different portion of food depends on who is ordering. My boy (13yrs old) ordered same food but he got very small amount of rice and chicken compared to other customers. I mean very small amount of chicken, he asked to have some mores but not that much. Same price for same food?

I placed an order at 4:44pm. I was notified of ready for pickup at 5:00pm. I saw my order was sitting on the table for 10min and packed at 5:10pm. I waited 10 extra mins to watch my order get packed. They hurried as I complained. Very disappointed. It is the worst take out experience. Sitting on an order is not professional.

The portion is decent as long as ordering in shop. mobile orders bowls continue to be less filled than in shop orders. Food is delicious as always. Stuff way to busy / expect to clean your own table.

Have to agree with all the bad reviews. Food is standard Chipotle but it is a disgusting mess most times I come in and portions are often tiny, served with zero joy.

The workers here are acting like putting more food into the bowl is coming straight out of their pay check, my GOD they are so stingy. I kid you not, she put 3 pieces of chicken in my bowl and when I asked for more she said “I’m going to have to charge you extra for that”. Not to mention, I asked for a side of guacamole and they charged me for a side of chips and guac but gave me no chips.
