Went here on a Saturday afternoon to pick up a quick meal for the family from the normally tasty hot buffet. Walked in and it was closed. The trays were literally empty. A rather wierd time to be closed!

Nothing special to write home about. Always liked the Paramus one better. They should have never done the breakfast bar there as it doesn’t move, and everybody knows that. Well trained staff as in all the Whole Foods.

Yesterday someone told my boyfriend that we just "had" to try out Rudy's because they had the "best pizza in Bergen County." We decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed. The staff (everyone!) was so friendly! We were made to feel like long lost friends that hadn't seen them in a while. I do have to admit, the pizza was outstanding too. We will definitely be back for more. Great little gem in Northern Bergen County in a beautiful area! Loved it!!!

Hands down best pizza in Bergen county. I've been going here since I was a kid and it's my favorite spot by far.
I've been going to Rudy's since I was young when it was next to K-Mart before the Plaza was redone. I understand why people rave about this place but my most recent experience really fell flat. Party of two on a Saturday night, seated immediately brought hot bread & butter- okay, this is good. We ordered the whole wheat pasta primavera, a chopped Caesar salad and a slice of Sicilian. The Caesar was good, pizza was fluffy and tasty but the primavera just tasted off. I love whole wheat penne so I know it wasn't that but more like the vegetables had been frozen, then microwaved and not seasoned, like at all. I added a good amount of salt & Parmesan and downed the macaroni but the veggies which I usually devour were all left on the plate. Service was prompt, I don't remember our waitress' name but she was nice not overly friendly or accommodating but after the disappointment I had with my meal I didn't even care. Can't say that I won't be back to try again but sad to think the place I remember isn't what it once was.

The place was very good, very very good service, very amazing wings and great Caesar salad, I can't wait to come back and try some of their entrées.

We went to Rudy's because we read that it was he beat pizza in Bergen County. Sorry Rudy's but your pizza didn't make our top 10 list. It was a 3/5 for the pizza. That said they had a really great service. The place was crowded because it was a Friday during lent but we didn't wait very long. They had good Chianti and we loved he Rudy's special Salad which we highly recommend and will come back for. My husband and I shared the fettuccini shrimp special, it was fabulous! All of the dishes passing by our table looked great. We will definitely head back to Rudy's for the dinners but will pass on the pizza. I may give it a 5 star review if I GC one back for the dinners.

Today, I made my first, but surely not last, trip to Rudy's with my wife and son. We started with the garlic bread, topped by mozzarella, and calamari. Both were great, and we followed up with the main course, a pizza with sausage. The pizza was exxellent, and clearly lived up to the expectafions that come with being named as the best pizza in Bergen County. The service was top notch, and was made even better when we got to meet Charlie, one of the owners, and who is also one of the stars of the Pizza Shop docunentary. It was a great dinner, and we'll definitely be back.!
