A great dining experience here. Loved the handrolls, homemade Udon noodles (!!), unique and interesting appetizers, fairly big portions for Japanese food, good service and minimalist decor. The dessert special on weekdays is amazing but they're huge, hope you saved room! I'm going to deduct 1 star for the mediocre Sashimi over rice, which isn't quite chirashi but also not as flavorful as poke. They also have a ton of non-alcoholic beverages and byob (wish we knew that before going tho.) Also, there doesn't need to be 2 different pork katsus (pork loin vs pork tenderloin), why not replace one with something new or inventive? But yes, they're delicious regardless. Can't wait to come back.

This place was excellent from start to finish. Every dish we tried was spot-on and clearly made with care and attention to detail.
We started with the corn appetizer, which was such a pleasant surprise. Simple, flavorful, and done really well—it complemented the meal perfectly and showed how even small dishes here are thoughtfully prepared.
The chicken katsu was perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy inside, with a light, crunchy breading that didn’t overpower the flavor. Easily one of the best katsu dishes I’ve had. The beef udon was just as impressive—rich, savory broth with tender beef and perfectly cooked noodles that felt comforting and satisfying without being heavy.
To finish, the shaved ice dessert was the perfect ending. Light, refreshing, and beautifully textured, it balanced the meal perfectly and didn’t feel overly sweet.
On top of the amazing food, the overall experience was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and the quality was consistent across all dishes. This is definitely a spot I’ll be returning to and recommending to others. If you’re a fan of Japanese comfort food done right, this place is a must-try.

So yummy! Both chicken katsu and pork tenderloin katsu were so crispy, juicy, and absolutely delicious. Beef udon has tender pieces of beef. Kimchi udon was absolutely amazing! Salmon don was loved by teens in our group. We are a big fan!!!

The food was great at Domoto! The pork tenderloin katsu was a real stand out and their katsu sauce pairs well with the katsu. The matcha pudding was good too and the matcha flavor wasn’t extremely strong. One small nitpick I do have is that our waiter took away our empty water jug and never came back with it until we asked for it.
