First get there no customers I had to wait to order later came this guy with the worst attitude he took my order my total was $24 I give him $100 he shakes hes head like Iam giving him Canadian dollar sir next time hang a sign that you don’t accept $100 bill don’t keep shaking your head anyway I pay with my card the food is fine but the place and customer service and the attitude is Zero not recommended

The older gentleman who seems like either a manager or owner is extremely rude. My sandwich was disgusting. The cheese was not melted the bacon was cold and chewy. It was in edible and we ended up throwing it away.

I was there this morning, trying to figure out how to use my rewards since I’m new to the Dunkin’ Donuts app, the older gentlemen who is either the manager or owner was EXTREMELY RUDE. Didn’t want to explain/help me with using the app or explaining how the app works. I rather go to Starbucks than this location.

Please do NOT buy anything from this Dunkin Donuts in Closter. I saw the male owner/manager blowing his nose, coughing in his hands and handling food afterwards. It was just DISGUSTING!! Therefore, I just walked out and left, and of course never coming back. Furthermore, He was arguing with every customer in front of me because the wrong orders his staff prepared, but He was always right.

I recently ordered 2 separate times. Last week I ordered tea with milk and sugar. When I picked up my order and got to work I realized the tag said Tea but it was coffee. 3 days later I ordered a bagel with butter packets on the side. It came with 1 small butter packet, I asked for just 1 more packet of butter. After conversations with 3 people who could not figure out what to do the manager said it would cost me another 75 cents for a little packet of butter. I’d rather drive to another shop than go to this place again. The service needs a lot of work.

The Indian manager was very unprofessional, treated customers with no respect and created a bad work environment. The food was OK but the service is intolerable I do not recommend anyone to step foot in the door until that manager is removed from the facility.
