We ordered delivery multiple jjangmyung gupbaegi with kampongi and tangsukyuk. We didn't receive our full order and the restaurant mocked us and acknowledged that we only got the single noodles order and did not care to fix the double noodle order. They just laughed and said if they wanted the extra noodles which we ordered we would need to order a new meal and they would send the order. This is completely thievery and just fraud. How you know that you don't deliver the order aren't apologetic for your mistake but tell the person in a rude manner and order more is insane and complete fraud. Even if the food taste decent the morals is clearly corrupt. There is many places near by with better food with in minutes and better service.
Management do better, i would have not cared to leave a review but laughing at your customers for your mistake (knowing its your mistake) is not acceptable.

Just rude! Got our order wrong and laughed at us when we asked for a correction. They refused to fix the order unless we ordered more food. Everything was wrong and the little food provided was stale and gross.

The workers are very rude and just want your money. My dad tried to swipe his card to pay and swiped incorrectly so the older lady who worked the register literally knocked my dads hand which made him drop his card to the floor and she didn’t say a word or acknowledge it. In Korean culture that’s a very shitty thing to do to someone you don’t know. But she didn’t care because age is more important. The only reason this place is still in business even with shitty food and service is because Koreans love black bean noodles and this is the only place in the area to get them. And it tastes bad anyway

This is literally a gem and anyone that leaves a negative review just hasn’t gotten the right food. This place is absolutely a gem! If you haven’t been recently, it’s an amazing place to have Korean-Chinese fusion. I will be back!!!

Do not eat here!!! The food has gotten worse and worse. The food has no integrity; they skimp on the ingredients using mostly filler ingredients like onions. On one occasion I order the pricier seafood jjajangmyung and it literally had two pieces of frozen shrimp and on a different day I ordered the spicy seafood jjambbong and it was mostly cabbage and onions. They also must use the cheapest cuts of meat because it is impossible to chew the tangsooyuk. Clearly they are taking shortcuts and it shows.
The only reason I used to order from them was because it was conveniently in town but I cannot get myself to give them my business any longer and neither should you.

They began charging extra surcharge
for credit card payments! Food portions have been noticeably reduced.

Maybe the chef changed, but the food wasn't very tasty. The seasoning taste was too strong and it was seriously salty. I couldn't eat it properly and left everything behind.

Let me just lay out my "honest" opinion. Today was my first visit to this restaurant, based on its reviews. It was medicore in terms of its food taste—too many onions and not much meat on my dish... It seems like its owner is trying to save $$$$$.

This is not a regular Chinese restaurant. This place is about "Korean-Chinese cuisin," and the best one in Bergen County. Jjajangmyun is clearly the best! You need to know what to order from this place. I wouldn't order like fried chicken with fried rice combo in here.

I ate Ganjjajang 1 and Seafood Jjajang 2, but the noodles were more puffy than the delivery food and had no shine at all.
Is this the new rice cake jjajangmyeon where the noodles are stuck together?
