Food is really great (have had the seolleongtang and nangmyun), I'm not sure why other reviewers have given such low ratings. The gamja-jeon was also really good. Service is not anything spectacular but also not missing anything essential.
I think there was a recent ownership change because their dishes weren't the same, and what we liked was their consistency. As a special treat, we would drive up from central NJ for their cold noodles, but sadly no longer. Their bibim noodles were so spicy you couldn't really taste anything, and their noodles (in general) didn't have the same chewy consistency.
A small place with food to offer your whole brood. Their noodles are good, dumplings can be better, but their super star is actually the potato pancake. Man, it’s the best in town. We never not order it - it takes hard work to make it that chewy! If you’re not into their noodles, at least go for that. It’s a must try!!
