Lucio's was AMAZING from start to finish. The decor is sutle yet makes a statement. Great vibe with a beautiful outside patio area with palm trees and flowers. The place was packed for a Thursday night. Service was on point, and the food is hands down delish ?? A nice selection of drinks at the bar. I had mussels with white wine sauce and the pan seared scallops with pesto risotto. The new owners are so down to earth, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We're looking forward to going back again soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

Outstanding experience. Raul and his family could not be more accommodating. The food was excellent and great service. Cool vibe and beautiful renovation inside and out. Had great dinner inside with friends and capped it off with a drink and a cigar on the patio.

Deliciously amazing food! Extensive wine list also. If cocktails are your jam, they make them great too. Fully loaded bar with a rustic yet chic feel. Great vibe and atmosphere. Minimalist decor which is actually very refreshing. Super clean and an excellent wait staff. The service is great and you’re never waiting to be attended to. Let’s get back to the food- Yummy! We had appetizers, main courses and dessert! I should also mention we had two bottles of wine and cocktails! We were there for nearly three hours. Every single course (there were 4 of us) was absolutely delicious. This used to be Locale and now it’s Lucio’s! A new name and new owner's. They’re doing it right. I have to say it is quite impressive. Can’t wait to go back!Dietary restrictions: A member of my party is allergic to Pork. They were very accommodating.Parking: They have valet parking

The staff at Lucio’s was wonderful from start to finish. We hosted our son’s First Communion party here. The food was delicious and all of the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They were very accommodating and made sure everything was exceptional. We are so thrilled to have such a wonderful restaurant in town.

I was there for a lunch meeting. The food was excellent The stlservers were very welcoming and helpful in explaining in answering questions. The restaurant has recently changed ownership. The new owner is in the process of redecorating. I like the lighter brighter motif that he is changing to.

Food is average across the board. Nothing remarkable, nothing terrible.Service was amicable but definitely not what I would call highly skilled. That works at a diner but not at a place that's competing with the likes of Sear etc.Lastly they don't free pour drinks. That can fly at a chain restaurant in Wisconsin but not in Bergen County. The liquor selection is good but when the jigger is being short poured and you're charging a premium it's a bad combo!!!

We were in the area on business and stopped in as it was just opening for the day. The waiter and hostess were very welcoming and the food was fresh and excellent. The waiter brought out some warm, fresh baked bread with tapenade and a bean spread to start. We then ordered some specials - mushroom raviolis in a truffle cream and saffron risotto with scallops and clams. Delicious!

I'm not a fan of leaving bad or mediocre reviews so please read this entire piece to understand why I'm giving this place two stars. We had dinner here for Thanksgiving and it was great. Food and service. Wonderful. Apparently the place underwent a management change in December and this weekend (Feb 10th) saw a "soft opening." They really should have been better prepared. Things started out rough when the woman who checks people in wasn't there. Turns out she was in the toilet with no back up at the height of reservation times (6:30). Following a 10 minute wait and more and more people coming in just standing there, we were seated and waited another 15 minutes for a wine list, which we were told "was being printed!" Funny thing is, a pile of papers with the list on them was right at the front while we were waiting for the toilet woman. Anyway, ordered a burrata starter and entrees. Waited a half hour and were told they didnt have any prosciutto (which was part of the burrata dish) and we could wait or just have the entrees! We opted for just the entrees but somehow the burrata came with some other type of ham. (No charge for this). The entrees were delish. Then we ordered tiramisu for dessert and after maybe 7 minutes were told they didn't have any! Why is it on the menu? Full disclosure, we didnt get charged for the starter nor the dessert and they were very apologetic saying this was the soft opening. I'm not sure where things were going wrong behind the scenes, but it seems to me the new management needs to get a lot more involved in the day-to-day business or this place is going to fold. And it's too bad because the food really was great and this would be a place we could go to regularly. But not until they get things ironed out. As of now, I couldn't imagine going here for Valentine's Day. In good faith, I cannot recommend Locale until they get their act together.
