Ordered the House Noodle Chicken and it was absolutely horrible! They stated a light brown sauce and it was exactly the opposite and the chicken tasted like it was a week old. Could not eat it!
Had a delicious bao bun and banh mi sandwich for lunch. Food was great and so was the very hospitable service! Will definitely be back.

Really delicious food. Great Pad Thai and I’m a sucker for the Spicy Ma Mi fried chicken sandwich

Honestly, I can’t even say if the food is good or not—because I never got as far as placing an order. The woman who answered the phone to take orders was extremely rude, so I will never go there or contact them again.
Great Vietnamese pho soups.

Soup wasn’t hot, noodles were all broken.
It’s ok for takeout food but don’t expect more.

I can only comment on the food because I’ve only ever gotten third party delivery but it never disappoints! The pho, the banh mi sandwiches (the brisket especially) and the bao are all so delicious and huge portions. I recently tried the fried rice with brisket and that is now a new favorite. Bonus: the fries are stellar. Go!

Pho beef broth is too sweet and beef is just beef pieces. Sorry, it's just a passable Vietnamese eatery.

The pho was fairly bland with a lot of noodles and very little meat.

Food was OK. I also did not realize they are a takeout place. The soup came deconstructed wrapped in plastic in a plastic container. We were hoping to eat out. When we got hope my wife was happy to add her own seasoning to spruce it up a bit . The sandwich was not bad but really not spicy. Not many Vietnamese eateries in Northern New Jersey. I was a little disappointed that it was just takeout

NJ doesn’t have as many Vietnamese cuisine compared to Brooklyn/NYC so I’m used to a different flavor. I can see how this place attracts other people in different aspects— service is great, neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the interior is inviting and comfortable. The menu is simple and easy to read.
However, this spot serves mediocre Vietnamese cuisine relative to my experience with eating it in other ethnic neighborhoods & in Vietnam. I tried the Chicken pho - it was decent but definitely over seasoned with sugar & salt(idk how that’s possible). The chicken was dry … but it covered with soup so I’m not sure how they did that.

This spot is so disgusting I will never be back, first we saw cockroaches crawling in the place and food was really cold and bad I think the ingredients are not fresh besides the way they treat customers is very terrible I don’t recommend this place ever
