We ordered 8 feet of heroes for my son’s birthday party days in advance. I had my brother pick up on the day of because things were busy. First of all, the sandwich bread was stale. It was so hard and dry that a lot of the guests were leaving the bread to throw out. Second, there was so little meat and cheese in the heroes. It was actually embarrassing how awful these heroes were and we felt so bad for our guests. Of course it was too late to send back by then as the party had already started but I will NEVER order from them again and have been telling all the moms that are planning parties NOT to order from Nonna.

This deli is full of everything you want from a deli and more. Upon entering the store I noticed how clean and orderly it is. Also, the employees are so friendly and service is fast and efficient. Love it!

Great sandwich's original Italian deli the best been going here since I was in college and now I'm 35! Love the fresh deli meat and salads.

I’ve lived in the area my whole life and never had a bad experience here. While they maybe be understaffed at the moment, the staff still manages to make you feel like you’re at Nonna’s house when you’re there. I suggest getting a #18 with pickled peppers!Maybe they should have some grab and go sandwich options!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST As a chef with 15 years of experience, I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service at NONNA CLEMENTINA'S during our office holiday lunch. Despite placing a large order, they REFUSED to provide or sell aluminum take-out containers for our staff to take home leftovers, offering nonsensical EXCUSES about styrofoam regulations and the cost of containers. Even after offering to pay, their refusal persisted. This lack of accommodation, especially during the holiday season, was UNACCEPTABLE and showed a glaring disregard for basic customer service. Overall, a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience. I would NEVER go there again or recommend to anyone.

I gave 2 stars because the service was relatively nice. I got a hero and the bread was hard enough to crack a tooth. Definitely not fresh bread. Contents of sandwich were quite weak and lacking, but it was difficult to get past the rock solid bread anyway. And yes, I like crispy fresh bread, but this was as close to solid as you get. Pasta salad was pasta, mayo and some very thin slices of carrot, thus bland.I should've bolted out when the counter help didn't know what Proscuittini was, so I guess its on me.

NOTICE: THEY'RE OVERCHARGING, KNOWINGLY.Let me start by saying that I have gone here forever. Since the old building wasn't that old. I love the owner. I love the Cheers "everyone knows your name" vibe. Now the bad. Their credit card payment machine has a small note saying any non-cash purchases (regardless of total amount) are subject to a fee. OK. "So if I pay cash, I get the cash price, and don't have to pay the additional fee, right?" "OF COURSE!" I am reassured. Well, cash paid and still charged the additional fee. When I brought it up, with a smile on my face as to be non-confrontational with a place I love, she swore I wasn't charged more. I would check the receipt, but since the beginning of time receipts aren't a thing here unless you ask. So, I do just that. Guess what, I was right. Charged. Damn. Maybe a mistake, right? Nope. Two friends went for lunch and got the same treatment. I have no problems paying more, just tell me. Don't lie about it and try to cover it up. Come on. If I can't trust you over a few bucks, then I just can't go there anymore.

Authentic Italian deli, family owned & operated. Don’t miss out on the pulled pork or chicken parmigiana.

One of my favorite sandwhiches of all time. Fresh muzz, roasted red peppers, proscuitto, chicken cutlet, balsamic vinegrette, and pesto. The flavor profile is mildly sweet, savory, a bit salty. The textures blend beautifully together and the food is always fresh!I also got the tortellini pasta salad for the first time and it was excellent! Some sort of olive oil, garlic vinegrette sauce. Absolutely amazing!!Cheers!

I ordered rice and meatball and feel disappointed with the amount of food I got for $9.99. A scoop of rice and 2 meatballs.

As first generation Italian I am all about finding a great Italian deli.A friend suggested I try this place. Well I had company and decided to get a 3ft Italian Hero. I picked it up at 3:45pm because they close by 4pm. Wish I would have opened it before leaving. It was all bread! Thin slice of ham, cheese and salami. They were cut so thin and barely any lettuce and tomato. So disappointed. Never again! Oh and I paid $59.. ridiculous
