Very nice place . Another episode of not meeting up to par with its presentation.. waited almost 10 minutes to order a cup of coffee while they had 2 young ladies working and other employees in the back area. The girl taking the orders is one army team. And than the high-end customers engaging in convo hold up the line. So should have 2 people serving the customers not just 1. The wait time doesn't make me feel like coming here. And tye shrude and bold demeanor from the 2 ladies is unbelievable.

I visited the Patisserie Florentine and can say that from start to finish, it was a GREAT experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. We ordered two hot chocolates, which came quickly with BEAUTIFUL art. The food was fresh and DELICIOUS.

Sadly, customers can be very impatient and lack an understanding for what it takes to receive quality coffee, food and service. The negative reviews are uncalled for. If you want a quick coffee go to Dunkin. Don’t be unfair to the hard working staff.

Thank you to Jacob, Giovanna, and Madeline for providing AMAZING service! And to the chefs, thank you!

Definitely one of my hangout places in this area. Coffee is always top notch, breakfast is delicious, great spot for brunch as well and the seating is super cute whether in or outside. You might have to be a little patient, it does get super busy at times but absolutely worth it. Staff is very sweet!!

Good croissant, below average latte, synthetic tasting iced green tea.

It is always a pleasure to visit this coffeeshop following a gym session. Their skilled barista, Will, consistently delivers exceptional coffee. He approaches each cup with dedication and enthusiasm, evident in the warm smile he provides with every order.

This place knows their coffee. I am always a sucker for local coffee shops so I had to try and sample. I went back to thank them bc my day got better bc I had really good coffee. I ordered the mochaccino with oat milk (small) and every sip was pleasant. It was frothed all the way through and taste was awesome. They didn’t overkill the mocha and just the right sweetness as a result. I only stopped in for the coffee but will def be coming back.
