Ordered a latte to go. Staff was extremely friendly, but clearly very disorganized and frantic. Wait time was fine, but my latte was wrong—I ordered with soy milk and it came out with real milk. Didn’t try until I was in the car and a mile away—my fault I guess, but I have a severe milk allergy so I wasted $6. Won’t be returning again.

The Florentine in Closter. Wow ..... Compared to other Florentine, we would go to the Englewood one. The food here at Closter is very disappointing. I would love to be generous enough and this place is pretty ok ...if I had not known the Englewood one. The quiche is very small, dry, and bland. The omelette was a thin layer of egg ... I know omelette does not need to wow me, but this was definitely not worth the money.

First time there yesterday and I enjoyed it. I ordered oatmeal with banana, croissant with nutella and banana and an orange juice. The presentation was very nice and the food was good. You order at the counter where they give you silverware and the sign and the staff bring you the food at the table. All the three staff members I encountered were very nice and friendly. The place was not full (3:30pm), I easily got a table. It was clean and I liked the decor. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Yummy pastries and coffee. Unfortunately when we went kitchen was closed so could not try any of the breakfast or lunch entrees. But my favorite was the almadine, almond raspberry croissant and cheese pastry! Everything was super yummy!Vegetarian options: Large vegetarian sectionKid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu is absent

Satisfactory at any time visit for the past few years. I love having cappuccino with chocolate fondant here. Or with creme brulee or croissant, Whatever! As a brunch, I'd recommend shakshouka or hot sandwiches. Friendly servers and a cheerful atmosphere are good too. The owner couple, Tomer and Paula, are very kind and generous people who are continuing to make an effort to help their neighbors in the community. Love this place.

They should rename this place "Horrible Croissants". We ordered a plain, chocolate, and raisin croissant and all were flavorless. The texture of each croissant was that of doughy bread. Not crispy, not crunchy, not flaky, not buttery. Pedestrian, similar to what you buy in a supermarket. If you think this place is good get your tastebuds checked.
