Both the salt ramen and soy sauce ramen were delicious! In the picture, the deluxe soy sauce ramen had seaweed on it, but I was disappointed because there was actually no seaweed. I was really concerned about the dust on the wall fan and the dirt around the windows, but it was delicious and I would like to go again.

Stopped by here for a quick bite and felt like I was in Japan again. They prepare the ramen right in front of you and serve it very fresh. The shio broth was very light, but super flavorful. The noodles were cooked perfectly and very bouncy. The shop had a very cozy feel and you could truly feel every bowl was being made with so much love and care.

Most American ramen soups are lukewarm, but here it was piping hot and delicious! The taste was also comforting. I'll come again♪

Starting with the walk up to the place, it's located in a quaint section of the street. Shaded for atmosphere. The music is very calming, and ordering was simple! Most important part, the food, I had gotten the Original Shio Ramen replacing the pork with chicken. Absolutely delicious, I was silent for my entire meal (that's how you know it was phenomenal)! Broth was perfect and light, noodles al-dente, and the chicken was moist and flavorful. Serving staff were kind and sociable. Very clean environment too; shout-out to being able to see the dishes being washed! I feel like in another world here, definitely worth the experience.

Best shoyu ramen ever!!! I eat at Ramen Matsu every month. The quality is really consistent and the ramen makes my stomach so comfortable. I brought a lot of my friends there, and they love it too! It’s a hidden gem place if you haven’t try it yet. The food comes out fast, and the rice bowl is also tasty, it’s one of my favorite restaurants in NJ.

The broth was not good at all. I’ve had better broth at a nearby ramen shop inside Woori supermarket. The port was tough. The chef is a nice guy though. Will not go back
