Both the salt ramen and soy sauce ramen were delicious! In the picture, the deluxe soy sauce ramen had seaweed on it, but I was disappointed because there was actually no seaweed. I was really concerned about the dust on the wall fan and the dirt around the windows, but it was delicious and I would like to go again.
Stopped by here for a quick bite and felt like I was in Japan again. They prepare the ramen right in front of you and serve it very fresh. The shio broth was very light, but super flavorful. The noodles were cooked perfectly and very bouncy. The shop had a very cozy feel and you could truly feel every bowl was being made with so much love and care.
Starting with the walk up to the place, it's located in a quaint section of the street. Shaded for atmosphere. The music is very calming, and ordering was simple! Most important part, the food, I had gotten the Original Shio Ramen replacing the pork with chicken. Absolutely delicious, I was silent for my entire meal (that's how you know it was phenomenal)!
