Grew up in Cresskill and used to go to the old Rudy’s 55 years ago! Back in my old hood yesterday we came to the new Rudy’s - I had a Rudy’s special salad - delicious - and the eggplant parm. I had it over linguine and it was SO GOOD! It’s a hike for me to come here but if I’m even NEAR here, “ I’ll be back”. It’s not cheap but neither is the food - it’s fairly priced. ??

Best pizza in North Jersey! They are a staple in the community and their pizza and food is always on point. I have dined in many times as well as ordered out and have had wonderful experiences each time. My go to for pizza!

The place was dirty and disgusting. The food was gross I found a hair in it. The service is horrible they talked to me with such disrespect and rudeness. I will not be eating here again.

The pizza was good. The delivery was the worst I've had in a long time(Grubhub) The driver went to the wrong street, wrong address and barely understood English and did not follow my directions. When I spoke with him it was obvious that he was lost and didn't understand my verbal directions. It took around 10-15 minutes to find me at the main entrance and by the time he got to me , the pizza was really cold. I'm awaiting a credit now from Grubhub. How they can hire someone who can't follow directions or speak English is beyond me. Dump or educate the driver. Decent job on the pizza itself once it was heated up.

I frequently order from here. Large portions, flavorful food, very friendly staff, quick service. A good restaurant for families or celebrations. Great Chicken Parm

Food was good and service fast and efficient. But it’s upsetting that the cook said we can sit if there’s an open booth while the server refuses to seat us. We came up just to be respectful and asked to be seated but 2 people said it’s busy and have no seats available, which is understandable. But it feels unfair when 2 parties after us asked to be seated and were taken. We asked again just to make sure and again we’re told there’s no seats available while a couple immediately after said seat for 2 no reservation and taken back again without hesitation.

Last Thursday, my daughter and grandkids needed dinner which usually is Rudy's because they and we like their regular pizza (serves its purpose)...nice people too. But daughter said my 4yo eats regular food now. So she orders Chicken Parm....Tough as nails. He ate a few bites...She gave me leftovers but i couldnt revive as i usually can. The Chicken Fingers were practically burned and i never saw them that dark color (they've ordered them there many times). However my friend loved the Eggplant Parm. (but she couldn't bite into the Chicken Fingers the kids refused to eat). I was disappointed with the grilled chicken in my overpriced salad. $120 later (of my $ of course), it wasn't the best dinner solution but my daughter gets crazed at that hour (with 3 kids) and didn't call to complain. But my PET PIEVE with many restaurants (and at Rudy's) is - THE TRUE PRICES ARE AT LEAST $2 PER PIZZA/DISH MORE THAN THE WEBSITE. No reason that cannot be updated...Hurts more especially when disappointed and the extra delivery fees mount ridiculously. We're going again tonight and won't be ordering there.
