Many seasoned Starbucks all-star baristas work here.Their new manager, Chris, is doing an awesome job! Always a smile on his face and a warm welcome from him. He works hard. Sees everything. Empties trash and clears tables when needed. Takes pride in this great location.

Was having a horrible morning, I placed an online order and immediately after I got a flat tire :( my order had been ready over an hour by the time I arrived to this location. I asked if they could remake my order since it’d been sitting out and the lovely baristas did :) they really helped turn my morning around

Horrible. This location has gone WAY downhill. The store was filthy. The drinks (5 of them) were all incorrectly made and watered down, no flavor syrup, just simply terrible. I called the manager the next day (before writing this review) to simply alert them to the condition the store was in and how bad the drinks were. She was completely uninterested, which speaks volumes as to why this store was so problematic. After listening to me, she informed me she had to go, that I should call corporate to complain and hung up on me. I called back and she took the phone off the hook. Gross behavior.
Baristas are really ignorant , I feel so bad when I try to order , she suddenly stop and talk one of her co-worker , very interesting

Found a long blonde piece of hair inside the lid of my drink. Thankfully they remade the drink for me after I showed them it. It was disgusting though, they need to cover their hair when making drinks, that was unacceptable.

Love this Starbucks, however it is always packed. Very rude customers, too many unruly kids, however it is not the fault of the store - product of it's location.
Anyways I was never a coffee lover, have only had sips every now and then and never enjoyed it. One day I decided to order the vanilla blonde latte and ever since I've been hooked! The baristas are great here & have been trained properly. They pretty much always get the drink right. I've tried the same drink at several other starbucks in NJ and they don't hit the same. The store has ample seating however most of the time in the morning it is packed.

Very disappointing to find out that this Starbucks location is no longer a reserve store. I think that there should be a sign advising customers because there is no reason to come to this location anymore. It's very crowded whenever you go...
