Got a simple order wrong, and when it was pointed out, and we asked for it to be fixed, the counter person or manager said he didn't want to hear complaints. Never going back. Besides, the hash browns were not done completely. Yuck. Go to Cresskill Bagels. They have never gotten one of my orders wrong, and the staff is competent and pleasant.

Food is alright. Mediocre food. Service might be one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Had to call them 4 times before they answered. Told me 15 minutes for some odd reason for one bagel and took me another 10 to get paid and out the store. I mean where is the owner?

Never attentive. 50/50 chance you receive the wrong order or something is missing. Phones are terrible better off going in and waiting. Could be on hold for 10 minutes with no explanation.

My husband and I went in for breakfast sandwiches. We witnessed an employee drop three bagels on the ground and then pick them all up and place them back with all the other bagels. We asked for our money back and will not be back.
