Josué is actually a pastry wizard. 😭 Every single panna cotta I’ve had here has been unreal — like, lick-the-spoon-clean level good. And the sourdough?? Somehow soft, airy, crispy, and melt-in-your-mouth all at once. I don’t understand the science but I’m grateful for it.

Giving a 5 star bc it’s local but please stop burning all of your bread :( and we’re so sad you changed the recipe on the chocolate croissants, our toddler use to love them but now they are burnt with not much chocolate in them.
