Too many negative comments. Sounds like a disaster

I ordered a bed that I was super excited about Sept 2, 2017. I’m working with a designer who submitted a photo of how we wanted the bed to be painted since we were told custom painting is an option . We also asked that before the bed shipped they would send us a photo of what the bed looked like after it was painted .
