Rude and ignorant staff to a Veteran on Memorial Day. Not sure if it was one of the owners. People working the counter have no hospitality experience what so ever and are clueless. They get offended quickly when you ask a question about their watered down product. And I quote the red head bearded guy behind the counter wanting to know what was poured into the coffee "I didnt poison you if that what your asking" when I questioned the container of liquid being poured into my coffee...read full review
They always have great coffee, but the monsoon coffee brings it to a new level! If you have acid reflux I HIGHLY recommend this- it will change your life!!!
