Great bagels

Every single time they get my order wrong. Every single time. It’s ridiculous.

I stop in every morning M-F. Never once have I been disappointed. Bagels are amazing, and the staff is super friendly.

This place is such a let down. It looks really nice and vibrant from the menu display and even the bagel lay out. But the employees are rude, mostly kids and some grumpy chefs. Not only did they mess up the order, they didn’t apologize and when they fixed it they didn’t even bother to toast the bagel. The sandwich itself was basic as possible, and the price was way above what the sandwich was worth. I would’ve been better off going to dunkin because the bagel was weak too, and I feel I would’ve got the same quality steak and egg sandwich. Overall just a let down, waste of time, money and human engagement with their rude staff. Never again, and will advise others to steer clear.aq

I think i should stop coming here. Use to be so good but now everytime i order, my sandwich continues to suck... paid a whole .75 cents to add butter to my roll with bacon and eggs and for the third time, no butter was added. Also asked for salt and pepper on the eggs while cooking but a large amount of salt and pepper was added onto the bread where the butter should have been 😒... I really miss the sandwiches i use to get from here. Use to make my Saturday mornings so great but now I'm just disappointed... I think I've learned my lesson.

Average bagels, a little pricey. Some of the staff are so unfriendly.

🤬ordered a Taylor ham on a bagel. Brought it home for wife, found it burnt and dried out. Called them, and they did not want to know a thing

Asked for bacon well done and crispy , got some hard rubbery bacon on a BEC, won’t be going back there.

The food here is very good but the service is even better. The workers have a smile on their face, call me by my first name and always ask how I'm doing. The Spanish girl who takes orders is absolutely gorgeous, has a wonderful personality, always smiles at me when I go there, addresses me by my first name and always asks how I'm doing?

Absolutely love this place but everytime I ask if I can get avocado on my bagel I can’t but have had my sister and my mother order the same exact thing and they make it for them. Super odd, I’m a regular almost every couple days. I’m there every weekend no doubt. Bagel shop was empty when I went in there this morning. Takes a couple extra seconds to leave a customer satisfied. Will be driving farther down the road from now on.
