First time but had a great experience. Staff was SUPER SUPER nice ! Place is very clean and spacious, Menu is very clear and kitchen is very clean. Ordered a cheese sub and hot teriyaki chicken - they didn't hold back on the cheese or chicken. Very tasty; I would definitely recommend this place to others. My wife and I purchased the authentic Italian cold cut sandwich, the subs were awesome , we are visiting from Virginia, we frequent this area every few months … we are most definitely coming back , it is clean and they are professional ,EVERYTHING IS FRESH

I'm just hooked on JON SMITH SUBS. The owner and staff are so polite and the service is excellent. My go to sandwich is the Cuban - with extra cheese. Love the homemade fries (just like my mom used to make). If I could afford it, I'd eat there once or twice a week. JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Staff were extremely nice and service was fast and efficient. The shop was very busy during the lunch hour on a Saturday. Stopped in and took a chance as I'm not familiar with the area anymore. Sandwiches were fresh and generously sized.

I'll start off by saying I don't eat at Subway and I don't eat at gas stations. I stopped by today to give it a shot. It was more of an emergency meal. I ordered a chicken sandwich. I'll start off with the positives: the place was clean and spacious. As for the one-star rating, the sandwich was disappointing. If I had to guess, there could not have been 3 oz of chicken on that sandwich. it was absurd. for a non-franchised store, he's got no chance of surviving giving those portions.

I moved out of the area but was back in town for the afternoon so I decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat.I got the tuna sandwich and it was a good sub. The bread was so soft and fresh and the ingredients were fresh too.Like other reviews, the woman behind the counter was so friendly and had a great sense of humor. The staff working were so friendly. They call you by your name (after you give a name for your order) and have great customer service.Other reviewers also noted that the employees weren't wearing masks, however, when I was there all staff were wearing masks properly (over the nose and chin).Place was clean and indoor tables were spread very far apart. No customers were in the store at the time so I felt safe to dine indoors.A great local spot with some good, quality subs. Would definitely recommend.

I was in the area and came across this place. The service was incredibly fast and friendly and the food was great. Sandwiches were very good but the freshly prepared fries were worth the trip all on their own.
