We discovered Iron Plow Vineyards a couple of years ago just as Liza & David were taking control of the property. They have done an amazing job of transforming the location into one of IMHO, one of the top 10 vineyards in the state. At this moment we’ve been to 57 of the 59 vineyards in the state. We recently did a tasting there and were impressed by the quality of the wines.
Angela and her team, Mikayla (I apologize for my spelling), and Thomas were absolutely tremendous! They gave us winning recommendations that fit our palette (dry and more dry wines) and tended to us sweetly. The view of the vineyard and live music was outstanding and Angela offered to take photos kindly during our experience. It was a lovely evening with 2 of my friends.The beautiful artisanal charcuterie, gourmet cheeses, and perfectly toasted bites elevated the flavors of each pour beautifully. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough and am already looking forward to the next event!
