I am very regular to this Dunkin to have ice coffee, latte, brkfst bagel, English muffin. Today I dropped large latte inside my car and went back told the incident to the person who was preparing orders. He did not even have second thought and gave me large latte. I am really impressed with the gesture, trust and customer service. Thank you crew
