During the pandemic, we placed an order to go and had a little mix up with the kitchen. They were very accommodating and corrected the mistake and then delivered to the house. Overall we had a great experience. Food was delicious and we cannot wait to go there and enjoy a meal! Great food and service!

I just took advantage of the new Covid-19 inspired takeout "Family Dinner" option for a family of four. I like that they space out the pickup times, have you pre-pay, and have you wait by the curb to make sure they are keeping their customers safe. We had the lamb shank, sweet potato w/Brussel sprouts, and the salad and bread rolls. Everything was great and our kids who never like Brussel sprouts from home said it was tasty. I encourage everyone to utilize this great option while quarantined.

Cannot say enough great things about A Toute Heure. It's one of our favorites, always with a wonderful menu. And now, with this COVID-19 shutdown, they've started a marvelous Take-Out Menu. We took advantage of it Sunday evening, and the food was marvelous. Provided "family style," it was hot, delicious, and up to their highest standards. We are taking advantage of this service again soon. Thank you! Mark & Debbi.

The staff here is wonderful and the food is top notch. The ingredients are very fresh. It is hard to get a reservation so make sure to plan ahead.

Extremely good food. They're proud of the local sourcing and the like but as fancy as it is the best part is the French fries. Great brunch too.

So delicious and fresh, you can't go wrong with the mussels or brussel sprouts and the bread rolls are divine!

We were disappointed with our meal at A Toute Heure. We came for Valentine's Day dinner, which was a prix fixe menu. They were very busy, which may be why we felt the service was inattentive and rushed. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a very nice ambiance. Unfortunately it was a cold evening, and the restaurant was very drafty and uncomfortably cold. We started with a carpaccio, which we thought was a bit too thick and fatty. That was followed by a lobster bisque that was very good, but served lukewarm. Then there was a ravioli that was served with a delicious creamy sauce. The entree was a beef tenderloin that was cooked perfectly and was excellent. Unfortunately it was accompanied by potatoes au gratin that were undercooked and ruined the dish. Dessert was hit and miss for me. There was a bittersweet chocolate pie that was very good, but the bread pudding was dry and lackluster. So hit and miss on the meal, and service that felt rushed and inattentive. Beautiful restaurant, but uncomfortably cold. When you're spending $200 on dinner, expectations are higher. I know there are new owners, so hopefully they can make adjustments. We're local and wanted to love our experience, but we won't be rushing back soon.

Delightfully cozy and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant owner introduced herself during our meal and told us about upcoming events (re: Wine Pairing) and thanked us for dining. The food was excellent and plated beautifully. Despite a busy restaurant, service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Would absolutely return or attend an event. A fine dining experience without pretense and a great surprise. BYOB and a seasonal menu, presented with the preparing Chef's name.

Very friendly staff and delicious food at this small cranford eatery. Small restaurant, locally sourced food and BYOB.

We were very impressed on our first visit earlier in summer and chose to go again in October to celebrate our daughter's birthday. What a huge disappointment! Restaurant wasn't packed but service was still extremely slow to a point where we had to ask where our food was. My daughter ordered a pot pie. When it finally came it was an unappetizing looking brown soup that was practically unseasoned. The only tasty thing about it was the pastry on top of the bowl. I ordered October mussel pot and somehow they managed to make it taste borderline disgusting. For the first time in my life I wanted to send a dish back to the kitchen. My husband ordered ribs and they were ok although side brussel sprouts were undercooked. I doubt we will ever dine here again.

Ate here for our Anniversary and it was outstanding. All the food is carefully cooked to maximize flavor. The Parker House rolls that are served first come warm from the oven and are delectably buttered and salted. It was the perfect roll. The rest of the menu is small and yet still finds a way to offer a broad spectrum of options. We ordered the smaller Mussel pot (which was huge in itself) and the Wild Boar (pumpkin?) gnocchi and for mains had miso short rib and the Monk Fish as the FotD. Every thing was packed with flavor, just jam packed with so many layers of goodness. It tastes rich and warm and the portions were quite large. The Wild Boar surprised as the dish of the night. Our Server, we should mention was great too as was the whole staff. Friendly and happy to accommodate my distaste for Brussels sprouts by substituting other veggies in the mains. We had the sweet potato beignets for dessert and they surprised us with a candle for our anniversary. Can't wait to go again!
