I don’t like to complain much, but these are by far the worst bagels I’ve ever had. They don’t put a lot of cream cheese on it, and my toasted bagel tasted like it was microwaved. It’s really hard to mess up a bagel they should rethink the name of their business

Never even got a chance to place an order called four times in a row the first time a girl picked up the phone so please wait left me on hold with the line open for nearly 10 minutes I could hear her talking to other people hung up tried calling back again they picked up the phone and hung it up immediately tried calling back a third time just in case she did the same thing left the Line open on hold for 5 minutes additional no idea what's going on

Terrible customer service. The girl who took my order was completely rude, didn’t acknowledge me and just assumed without asking that I was paying with credit card. She was on her phone and practically threw my food at me! So disappointing

I’m very disappointed in this establishment, I’m a regular customer who orders 2-3 times per week and they know me .Today i ordered a sandwich and asked if I can have a cup of water from the sink and they told me no . So now that 2 cents cup of water will cost them hundreds of dollars per month, I will not be coming back !

This is the one of the best places to get your bagels, there almost the same as the famous Watson's in Irvington. Very friendly, Curtis, fair price. I bring them to my work and all the guys love them better than others we've tried. Definitely my bagel shop.
