It was Father's Day and the service and food was just as great as any other day! Even though it was fully booked we were never rushed! We were a party if six and nit one complaint! All was good!!! Even for our 14 year old grandson!!!

Always great. Waitstaff is on their game. Food is always what we are looking for. This is a regular lunch spot for a group of former colleagues. BYOB so enjoy a nice wine with a great meal and convo.

They were totally unprepared for Mother's Day. We waited 40 minutes, even with a reservation, to be seated and once we were seated, no one set the table or brought us menus. After 10 more minutes of that we just walked out. They seemed very understaffed and it showed.

Arrived at 1pm for Easter lunch reservation. W were a party of 8. Service, food, atmosphere was fabulous. Servers were so friendly. The menu had lots to choose from. We all enjoyed our meals. The only thing I didn't like, was the extra service fee for using a Credit Card. Whenever I write a review, I also state whether a there is a service fee or not. But give Ciao Bello a try, you will not be disappointed. BYOB!!!! Which is always a plus in my book !

Last night, we had dinner with my family and friends as a group of six. The appetizers were incredibly delicious.I highly recommend the Thai calamari and beets tower. I had the Branzino from the special menu, and it was very fresh. The service was excellent we were warmly welcomed and had a great experience. You'll regret it if you don't try Benny's Banana Crunch for dessert!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ciao Bello. It is a very quaint relaxing place. Everything was just right our food, service, ambiance and price. I would highly recommend this restaurant, you would not be disappointed!

We all had salads which were delicious. I added grilled shrimp to my ciao Bella salad which were good too. It was odd because I tried to make a 12:00 reservation on the open table app and it not available. We moved it to a 1:00 reservation. The place was open with only 1 table occupied, so I'm not sure why 12:00 was unavailable. Otherwise it's a lovely place and will look forward to returning.

We will never go back here. They over booked New Year's Eve and the owners left the restaurant with no manager and no hostess. We had reservations at 7:00 and they sat us 8:40. Should be ashamed of what they did and they ruined what should have been a good time with family to start the new year.

All of our food was delicious!!! Ciabatta sandwiches were really good. Daughter got a salad that was really good. Big place with old school service in a very good way.
Parking: Busy area can be tough to find a spot but definitely will find a spot.
I went to this establishment to pick up my to go food. I parked in the parking lot and entered through the side entrance where I walked through the dining area to the pickup area. After paying for my pick up food I was told by a waitress to leave through the front entrance because the dining area is for patrons only. I assume she thought I was a Uber eats driver. I'm sorry but you do not approach someone and say that regardless of what my reason for being at the establishment. An entrance is an entrance. I am born and raised in this town. Is this really what cranford has become?
It should be noted the owner did try to apologize but honestly I just felt very disrespected. That is the last time I will be going to this establishment.

Unfortunately I went to pick up an order at this restaurant and I was subject to discrimination, persecution and I had to endure insults from the lady who served me and who was in the delivery area and was tending to the oven, just because I didn't want to go out through a door. that faces the street and that made me take a very long turn to where my car is. It is unfortunate that people like this serve delivery workers and that they abuse them verbally and kick them out of the place as if they were the owners, in a discriminatory, unethical and unprofessional act. I hope that the owner of the place sees this note and takes action. with your employee because people like me contributed to the sales of that place, we represent the customers and deserve respect and consideration.
