If you want a disgusting shake, definitely come here. I ordered a banana pudding shake and was told that it doesn’t come with milk, which is totally fine but I didn’t realize that the only ingredients are water powder and ice $10 for watery powder is pretty terrible. The least you could do is put a banana in it so I reached out to the company via Instagram because their phone number does not work. I told them I wasn’t happy with my shake to which they offered me a refund or a replacement I asked for a refund and apologize. I just was not happy and couldn’t enjoy what I paid for. Then they send me another message saying they spoke with the owner and turns out that they cannot provide a refund. Very strange thing to do offer your customer a refund and then decline to follow through with what you offered.
Additionally, looking back, they only had containers of powder on their wall with no branding on it, which is also a very suspicious. Will not be returning.

Stopped in and was really pleasantly surprised, the customer service was amazing the young lady took her time explaining the menu to me and helped me pick out a cookie protein drink that I very much enjoyed! I will most definitely be back.

I have been here several times. However, I noticed the young lady serving me used her bare hands to put the cookies into my shake. No gloves, tissue or tong was used. Based on the reviews there is the mention of Herbalife products being used. As the owner can you substantiate whether this is the case?
