The bagels were hard to chew. I ordered a jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, but half of the bagel barely had any cream cheese on it. The Taylor ham and cheese sandwich was okay.

These are the best bagels I have tried. They are soft and chewy unlike many other bagels which are just dry and hard. I wish more bagel shops made their bagels like this. 10/10, highly recommended.

I used to love this place but it fell off and I no longer enjoy getting it. The taylor ham egg and cheese feels cheaply made and rushed as well as the fact that they get the ingredients mixed up some of the time. On top of that the cream cheese is mid and the bagels are only good if you have them within the hours there made after that they are just hard and a workout to eat. Hate to throw shade but this place is not what it used to be.

Invest in some employees who speak English, maybe orders will be prepared correctly! And the employees here are nasty and rude! Never come here again.And as you scroll im not the only one complaining about incorrect orders from these employees. A ton of bad reviews. Every 1 star is a bad review about the employees. How this place is Still in business??

Best bagels I've had in years, esp since H&H Bagels closed in NYC.
Came in, ordered a sesame seed bagel with scallion cream cheese and bacon, toasted dark. Walked out, took a couple of bites, and then discovered a disgusting long thread of hair in my food.
I went back in and made a scene. Told the owner they need to invest in decent hairnets for their staff because this is completely unacceptable. He refunded my very hairy purchase, which I appreciate, but the whole interaction was heated and uncomfortable. He was extremely angry, visibly shaking, with his hands clenched like he was ready to pounce, clearly not happy about being called out in front of other customers.
Do yourself a favor and check your food before you walk out.
Full disclosure, this was my second time ordering from them. The first time I got the exact same order and everything was perfect, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

I usually come to this place and have had decent experiences in the past. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. It was late and close to closing time, so I asked specifically if it was okay to place an order for an egg and cheese roll, and I was told yes.
When I received my order, the cheese was not melted at all, and the staff member handled the roll directly with her bare hands. That was really off-putting and not acceptable from a food safety or service standpoint.
I understand that working late can be tiring and that everyone wants to go home, but providing proper service and basic hygiene is part of the job. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I come here on Sunday after a night out, excited to show my out of town friends my towns bagels. Not only do they give me my bagels NOT toasted they are also missing the EGG on a Bacon EG and cheese sandwich. Then they ring me up for one bacon egg and cheese bagel, one bagel with cream cheese, and a Gatorade and it comes out to 20 DOLLARS??? AND I DIDN’T EVEN NOTICE UNTIL I GOT HOME BECAUSE THEY SCAMMED ME AND DIDN’T SHOW THE PRICE. NEVER GO HERE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Yes, the bagles are one of the best around however, this is the third time my to-go order has been messed up. The counter lady writes down the order correctly, i cheked to make sure they get it right this time, but it still gets prepared wrong. How do you confuse onion with lettuce, tosted with not tosted etc.? 🥗😒
Lost confidence in their ability to get it right. Hope they work on their order accuracy soon.
