Discriminatory business practices! Don't go here if you are LGBT or any other minority. Last week I was minding my business eating breakfast with my partner when their owner told us to get out and never return, an older man who looked to be in 60's. We had no idea what he meant at first until he starting spewing hateful rhetoric to his coworkers. I'm a regular customer here but never again. Disappointing to know this business supports discrimination.

Ordered a bacon, scallion and herb bagel thinking it was slices of bacon on a scallion cream cheese bagel.. This was like tiny little bits of mystery meat mixed into the cream cheese, horrible. Who does that?!

I did not feel welcome when I walked I called to ask what was the opening hours, I went inside waited more than 3 minutes without a greeting made eye contact with two of the workers there they looked a me and my wife and continued working I walked out I will not spend my money where I’m not welcomed or greeted

Came here to visit my hometown with my family who we haven’t seen in a while because this has always been one of my favorite spots. And the lady at the front YELLED IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY SAYING OUR GROUP DID NOT PAY. when we had paid over an hour ago and were sitting there. Everyone in there looked at us and it was EMBARASSING. This should NEVER happen.

I wish I would have checked these reviews before I went here. it was terrible. I had an everything Bagel with sliced Lox and Cream Cheese for $9.09. Not only was there so little Lox and Cream Cheese, but nothing was even good. Not even the bagel!! It was under cooked and tasteless! I also got a Sesame Bagel with Scallion Cream Cheese. Cannot believe they actually serve this food. These were honestly the worst Bagels I’ve ever had. I really should have gone back for a refund. Almost $15 thrown into the garbage.

This lady won’t give me my bagel after I asked multiple times and payed for it. I payed for two bagels and a drink and she charged me for both of them. She only gave me one bagel after I politely told her multiple times. She charged me for both and I got scammed

Best bagels across three towns. They are always hot, fluffy and large in size. I went to another bagel shop out of convenience recently and ended up heading to Cranford bagels anyway, the other bagels were so small, skinny and terrible.

Extremely over priced. We love the food here and they used to be reasonable but ever since covid they've substantially raised their prices. For 2 nesquick chocolate milks, 1x sausage&bacon poppyseed bagel(no egg or cheese), 1x sausage&bacon rainbow bagel(no egg or cheese), 1 sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and 1 taylor ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel; cost us $45! I'm sorry, 4 breakfast sandwiches and 3 drinks for $45 is a cash grab.. I've been going here for over 15 years.. I'll be moving on to a more reasonable establishment. I know losing my business means virtually nothing to them but I wanted to share my opinion on the situation.
Parking: If there's no parking on the street you can turn right at the light and enter the train station parking lot from the side and park by the street side and it's only half a block walk.

I was given someone else’s order AGAIN today. I have been a patron for years - but their queue setup is consistently horrible & the orders are often mixed up. The busier it is, the more likely you’ll be given someone else’s food. (I ordered a spinach and egg on a sesame bagel, and when I opened it up back home I found out that I was given someone else’s cheese and egg on a toasted everything.) It would be nice if they made some changes - but after many years - I doubt they will.

Worst bagels in cranford. Do not waste your time. My pork roll and egg bagel was extremely dry. Bagels are not fresh. Worst breakfast sandwich i ever had. This was my last day coming here. I will be going to Rahway Bagels instead. And there prices are better. Thank you.
