The chicken wings changed. They are not as tasty anymore. I can barely taste the soy garlic. The tteoboki also change. Not the previous taste and ingredients. I may now have to sort back to getting my Korean food outside of town. What happened to this place?

The chicken here is fried to perfection and loaded with flavor. The meat is juicy and it has the right amount of breading. I recommend getting a side of fries with the wings. I ordered in the store and the food was ready within about five minutes. Friendly service and good prices for the quantity of food.
I love their boneless chicken, it’s my first time there. I know some people would recommend their lunch box but because I didn’t want the rice/fries, so I opted for the boneless chicken only, ordered the coleslaw too. Glad the complimentary radish pickles was good too.The shop size is not spacious, they have only high chairs wall-facing seats.

Very good wings, we loved both sauces we tried, we'll be back. As good as our favorite NYC spots. Crunchy Korean wings have become a family habit -- so glad to have this option in town now!
Can only speak for the ddukbokki but it's sooo good! There aren't many good Korean restaurants in the area but I was so excited to hear a Don Chicken was opening. The spice level was perfect and I felt like the proportion of fish cakes and rice cakes were excellent. It comes with a hard boiled egg too. Must try if you are going there!

I ordered Korean friend chicken, fries, and the Coleslaw. The chicken was super, the Coleslaw was tasteless, and the only thing that was decent was the fries. I would not order from her again. Too expensive for food that's not that good.

They give you free fries if you give them a 5 star review. Expect the restaurant's reviews to not be accurate. Pretty dishonest way to get good reviews for a new restaurant. For me, a restaurant that doesn't earn their 5 star reviews in an honest manner automatically deserves a 1 star. And that's what I'm giving them.The employees and owner trash talk about you behind your back in Korean thinking you can't understand them.Chicken was not as good as the other Don Chicken restaurants in other locations. I assume they use the same sauces and same recipes but execution was substandard.Poor seating arrangements.Response to owner: The score I gave to the restaurant was not based off the fact that you don't have half chicken.I gave the review I did because I believe it's a dishonest business practice to artificially boost your restaurant's reviews by bribing customers with free food. The food was okay. It's just alright. I like the Don Chicken in Palisades Park better. Because it is better. That's not sarcasm. It's simply the truth and how I felt. That's about it. What more do you want? Did you want me to tell you honestly how I was surprised that your franchise took what was a great restaurant and somehow screwed it up so badly? That I normally preach to all my friends how good the Don Chicken is and was disappointed that the new location isn't even remotely close to being as good as the other locations? How could a franchise be so much worse than the others when it should be the same recipes?Either way, you get the score you deserve. Trash talking customers within earshot already warrants you a 1 star for service, you get a 1 star for bribing customers for fake reviews and your mediocre Korean fried chicken can't salvage that score.
