I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience—not about the food, but about an employee.
Today at around 12:25 PM, my boyfriend and I stopped by to order coffee and a sandwich. The employee who took our order was very polite and seemed to be working alone. As we took a seat toward the back near the restrooms, we noticed a young man with curly hair coming out of the bathroom. He appeared unwell and placed a sign on the restroom door before returning to the front.
What concerned me most was that he remained in the workspace, frequently approaching the other employee and getting near the food. I also felt bad for the young man at the counter, who was doing his best to keep up with the orders on his own. After witnessing this, I became uneasy about the cleanliness and safety of my order.
Additionally, I visited the store the previous day with my mom and noticed the same young man working in the back preparing food. If he was unwell at the time, that raises concerns about food safety. I hope management takes appropriate steps to ensure the well-being of both employees and customers.
Two young men helped us..they were friendly, funny and just great!! Coffee was hot and donuts fresh!

Arrived at 4:55 for a donut with my kids just to see the store closed with 2 employees behind the counter, I work in the restaurant industry terrible look for the franchise

Horrible location. Don’t ever go here. Not only is the customer service horrible, but they are never open! It’s currently spring but they still have winter hours posted. They close at 4pm! They probably can’t hire/keep people because the employees are so lousy.
This used to be a good place but there is now a very angry old woman who is not asking customers for their orders but yelling at them. She also seems miserable working there. This is an absolute failure of the manager to properly train this person. You need to understand that she is the point of sale for customers coming in and this is the way she conducts herself? Then, people complain why there are FOR RENT signs all over Cranford.

Leaving this review not to ruin anyone’s day, just hoping to better the overall quality of the store for the customers. I find that the service takes astronomically long, and often interferes with my boyfriends morning as he is trying to get to work and the slow service is frustrating. I think many others would benefit from faster service and would draw more customers to the store overall. I hope this helps and give some inspiration for the employees to better their service. Thank you.

I used to like coming here but they’ve had very unprofessional staff the last two years, today I ordered avocado toast and not only did they almost not give it to me at all but the kid preparing it seemed mad I even remembered. When I got it it wasn’t even toasted, just cold soggy bread. Really unfortunate.
New owners ??? Gone are the women, replaced by men, who seem a bit overwhelmed. I ordered a xlarge French vanilla, but was given a hazelnut, yuk !!!

Seems like this place can’t accept criticism or any type of feedback. I placed an order on Uber eats and they missed an item so I had it refunded it back. Next day I placed another order and they canceled my ordered stating they are not taking orders..now that’s ridiculously funny. Now I know not to order from here again, waste of time.
