Horrible location. Don’t ever go here. Not only is the customer service horrible, but they are never open! It’s currently spring but they still have winter hours posted. They close at 4pm! They probably can’t hire/keep people because the employees are so lousy.

This used to be a good place but there is now a very angry old woman who is not asking customers for their orders but yelling at them. She also seems miserable working there. This is an absolute failure of the manager to properly train this person. You need to understand that she is the point of sale for customers coming in and this is the way she conducts herself? Then, people complain why there are FOR RENT signs all over Cranford.

Leaving this review not to ruin anyone’s day, just hoping to better the overall quality of the store for the customers. I find that the service takes astronomically long, and often interferes with my boyfriends morning as he is trying to get to work and the slow service is frustrating. I think many others would benefit from faster service and would draw more customers to the store overall. I hope this helps and give some inspiration for the employees to better their service. Thank you.

I used to like coming here but they’ve had very unprofessional staff the last two years, today I ordered avocado toast and not only did they almost not give it to me at all but the kid preparing it seemed mad I even remembered. When I got it it wasn’t even toasted, just cold soggy bread. Really unfortunate.

New owners ??? Gone are the women, replaced by men, who seem a bit overwhelmed. I ordered a xlarge French vanilla, but was given a hazelnut, yuk !!!

Seems like this place can’t accept criticism or any type of feedback. I placed an order on Uber eats and they missed an item so I had it refunded it back. Next day I placed another order and they canceled my ordered stating they are not taking orders..now that’s ridiculously funny. Now I know not to order from here again, waste of time.

They are very racist here. The old white lady needs a attitude checkup she’s horrible felt very mistreated and the felipino Chinese guy working there was very horrible didnt wunnu be respectful and take my order correct and the girl messed up my bagel and cream cheese very bad spot don’t go here

Yesterday, I walked into this Dunkin Donuts. The service was great and they got my order perfect. Today I walked into the same Dunkin and the service was god awful. I asked them if I could have a CoCo Mocha Latte. They simply told me that they did not have that. When I looked at the menu under signature latte's, it was the second on the list. My friend then asked for the same thing and was told the same as I was. My friend (unlike me) did point out the menu. The guy looked at him and asked him to order something else.
Pretty rough service most times I go in there. The folks that work there are nice but they regularly ignore the line of people waiting to order for extended periods of time and focus on doing things behind the counter instead for some reason. I'd rather drive 5 extra mins to go to another location that has better service.

The worst service I have had at any Dunkin Donuts by far. And i go to Dunkin every day. Everytime i stop at this one location there is always a mess up with my order.On this particular day my drink was not right. I asked for a refund and sadly the employee gave it out of his own pocket because a manager left them with no knowledge of how to operate a refund from the register. After so i get home to find the food incorrect. So i go back in for a swap out and they just throw away what was wrong. I notice this when i get back to the car. Now having to go in a 3rd time for something so simple i am worked up. And what happens, the employee has the nerve to argue with me when they are the ones who messed up the order. Multiple times!I do not recommend this location. There is much better and not even a mile away.Needless to say they have lost my business at this location.

The first time I came in I went straight to Ashley and told her I hated the taste coffee but pulled an all nighter. When I tell you she got my addicted‼️ I will deadass drive 20 mins to just order every Tuesday and Thursday with her. ❤️❤️
