Every single time I place a mobile order I have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for it. Only 1 person ever seems to know what's going on while everyone else is running around clueless.

We bought 2 doughnuts and a coffee. The doughnuts felt slightly hard/stale. Most choices were sold out. Staff filled the order quickly.

I was there this morning And it was the worst experience ever. She kept asking me anything else and everytime i added something she ( young girl with piercings) rolled her eyes at me. The girl didnt even give me my receipt, she crumbled it right in front of me
Workers could use training in manners i walked in to get a cold beverage i said good morning the girl at the counter no response i said again and she just ask can I take your order

Normally I'm not the one to write a bad reviews if u look at my review history but I recently started working in the Clark commons center across the street and decided to stop in to ur location because it's super close but after the 2nd time going in an getting the same dirty looks from the front counter lady I had to .. she could be asian I'm not sure but she has an accent and acts like she hates her job ! First time I ordered the salted caramel cold brew with cold foam and asked if I can get 1 pump of caramel she instantly paused .. rolled her eyes an asked how to put that into the computer .. she repeats the order but doesn't say extra pump of caramel so all I said was yes please but with 1 pump of caramel ... rolls her eyes an says yes it's caramel .. I said yes but I want an extra pump of the caramel syrup ! She looks at the guy an says extra caramel syrup as he is handing me the drink an never even tries so I let it slide and just took my order an left ! Second time I wanted to try oat milk with a basic hot black coffee and some cinnamon on top I order with her an because she can't find where to put in oat milk she rolls her eyes an head goes up in the air and she tells the guy next to her to just put cinnamon sugar on top and hands me the receipt ! Customer service skills needs help for that employee that is ! The short Spanish guy is really helpful tho and never had an issue with anyone else and that is why I gave a 3 star

Fast and friendly service. NO Drive-thru. Donuts were fresh. Visited at 8:25 am and my favorite vanilla cream donuts were already sold out.
Waited for lyft outside, placed look clean in and outside. The customers were very friendly and helpful. Maybe one day I will go inside

Great staff and food/drinks are always delicious
