Tasteless food. 2nd time we ordered From them(shame in us!). And second time with the same reaults. We ordered 2 different meals with 2 different meats and they tasted exactly the same-like nothing! We had to doctor them up from sauces we had on hand. Never ordering there again.

Should have known - only took them 7 minutes to complete my order. Food was horrible- egg rolls soggy- only received 6 shrimp for a large shrimp with mixed veggies order. Very little veggies. Just loaded with that salty cheap brown sauce.
All food was thrown in the garbage.
Called them to complain - lady was yelling at us on the phone then hung up. Called again- Manager reluctantly refunded money -was babbling to me about costs etc as I walked out of this disgusting restaurant for the last time.
STAY AWAY! There are much better alternatives.

The chicken wings were SEASONED AND CRIPSY! I ordered the chicken wings and pork fried rice good amount of food for 9.86. Very good chicken wings though probably one of the best around only because the wings were big crispy and fresh! 5/5

We have ordered delivery from Hunan Wok Cranford for twenty years at least. This is literally the ONLY Chinese takeout my husband will eat. The taste and quality of their food has been consistent since we started eating from here. We love them and always will, so much so that we moved Bridgewater over a year ago and we STILL only get Chinese take-out from here.

I’m not sure why the low ratings, the food here is amazing and I don’t feel gross after as with most Chineese restaurants. My favorite part is the kind delivery man, such a gentle sweet person. Give them a try they are clean friendly and the food is fantastic

just ordered from Hunan Wok...it was so bad ...nothing but grease and no taste...we'll it can't have taste if its grease...threw it out and wasted $46...please don't waste your money...I don't know why they require to give a star because they shouldn't get any...
The lady who takes the order is such a pain in the you know what, constantly speaking over you and then gets my order wrong. It’s not the first time with her mean attitude . I called her back then she yells at me . Her customer service skills are a zero out of ten. Do not go to this restaurant unless you want to be yelled at. I can only imagine how the workers get treated there.

The employees working the front desk are extremely professional when it comes to handling orders as well, not to mention they’re high school kids too!

Call to make an order the lady on the phone was so rude and disrespectful I place a delivery order and she keeps interrupting saying she has two customers waiting on her and if I want the food or not.She gave me a higher price that was already on the menu and added pure taxes.They give different prices when u call.No manners what’s so ever poor job
