I’m not sure why the low ratings, the food here is amazing and I don’t feel gross after as with most Chineese restaurants. My favorite part is the kind delivery man, such a gentle sweet person. Give them a try they are clean friendly and the food is fantastic

just ordered from Hunan Wok...it was so bad ...nothing but grease and no taste...we'll it can't have taste if its grease...threw it out and wasted $46...please don't waste your money...I don't know why they require to give a star because they shouldn't get any...

The lady who takes the order is such a pain in the you know what, constantly speaking over you and then gets my order wrong. It’s not the first time with her mean attitude . I called her back then she yells at me . Her customer service skills are a zero out of ten. Do not go to this restaurant unless you want to be yelled at. I can only imagine how the workers get treated there.

The employees working the front desk are extremely professional when it comes to handling orders as well, not to mention they’re high school kids too!

Call to make an order the lady on the phone was so rude and disrespectful I place a delivery order and she keeps interrupting saying she has two customers waiting on her and if I want the food or not.She gave me a higher price that was already on the menu and added pure taxes.They give different prices when u call.No manners what’s so ever poor job

This place is very good very quick delivery and the drivers are very nice my driver was Martin and he was very polite and sweet I made sure to give him a big tip for his hard work!

Not sure what is going on lately. I'm in my 30s and have been eating here since I was a teenager. I know nothing is always going to be perfect but my meal tonight was just awful. Everything ordered was off/weird in flavor and oily from the Dumplings to the General Tso Chicken. My husband and I could barely get through a few bites. Too much money was spent for such poor quality. He asked me of they changed owners which I didn't think they have. If they haven't then it's a shame the food they are putting out when they have been apart of the community for as long as they have.
