I just visited this lovely and peaceful Moroccan-themed restaurant for the first time. Inasmuch as today is the sixty-ninth anniversary of the Kingdom of Morocco gaining its independence from both France and Spain, I chose to drive from home to Cranford to celebrate this momentous occasion. Not only was today the very first time I have been to Cranford, today was likewise my first time celebrating Moroccan Independence Day by dining at a Moroccan restaurant. This was also my second time dining inside a Moroccan restaurant. Last but not least, I loved the lamb tagine, the harira soup, the couscous, and the Moroccan tea (I love loose-leaf and naturally-made tea very much).

Overall VERY GOOD food however I removed one stat bc I was really looking forward to homemade pita. 🫓 Got the Oasis sampler platter 🧆🥙 you can clearly tell it’s store bought which was very disappointing. Restaurant is very beautiful inside. Didn’t sit in to eat so can’t comment on service yet.

Made with love! you could taste the love and care in every bite. Best falafel i've ever had, the lamb tagline with cous cous ( make sure to make the swap from rice) was a revelation. Very kind, polite and perfectly attentive. The lemonade with mint was so refreshing, the oasis sampler and the royal moroccan salad was scrumptious. The mango shake was a bit milky but still delicious and you MuST end the meal with moroccan coffee and baklava. Cannot wait to go back!!

Food was full of flavor. I had the chicken tegine. Service was amazing. We went as a larger group the space comfortably accomadated us. My only gripe was that bc we were a larger group we were a bit loud ( not excessive) but the crowd seemed a little reserved, we definitely got side eyes. However the service never made us feel like we were a distribance. I'm a Cranford local and struggle to find many places in town that I enjoy.
The customer service is number 1. You are greeted as soon as you walk in. It is family operated and it makes you feel as if you are at someone's home in Morocco. They are very professional yet personable. The ambiance is amazing and the food is great! By the way the Moroccan Tea is a 🎯
My first time eating Moroccan food.. we really enjoyed it.. the food was delicious.. our server was friendly nice and helpful.. they had a good menu, even lunch specials. We will be back again for sure.. good prices for the portions served as well..

WOW! My first time in a purely Moroccan restaurant. It's BYOB but who needs alcohol with the wonderful scents and flavors to delight one's palate! Service was prompt, professional and friendly. We split the Oasis Combo Appetizer with marvelous Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Zaalouk, and exceptional Falafel. For entrees I got the Shrimp Pil Pil Tangine. I dropped a small amount of rice into the bowl, to have as minimal amount and savor the flavors of the dish. Just outstanding. My friend had the Meatball Tagine, equally as delectable. LOL no room for dessert! Strong recommendation!!
