The food here is fresh and really really delicious. The spicy chicken shish tawook is so tender and has just enough of a kick. The platter comes with 2 sides--I got the salad and the rice--both fantastic. I'm sure the fries (the other option) would have been just as good. The garlic dipping sauce is out of this world with such great flavor. The restaurant was not crowded, so the waiter only had 2 tables, so the service was pretty good. The mint iced tea was also light and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you enjoy authentic, fresh, deliciously prepared Lebanese food. A+. Reasonably priced and really hits the spot! I'll be coming back for more!!

We’ve taken food out a few times from here but sat for dinner with a group of friends for the first time tonight. The food is always on point! There’s a great menu full of many options. We always come for their shish kebob. Our friends never been here before really enjoyed all the dishes and appetizers as well.The owner Raffy is a doll. He introduced himself to our group, and was very friendly and made great conversation. Highly recommend Old City Café!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but it seems like the quality of the food has gone down. My last two visits were disappointing. Nothing was really hot but rather warm. The falafel felt like it hadn't been made to order but was made ahead of time and kept warm. Same with the shawarma wrap. Not willing to give it a third chance.
