Really love this spot as soon as you walk in you feel very calm and invited. With the opening, I can definitely see why they’re so busy and unfortunately did not have too many options in terms of ice coffee to try however, I was lucky enough to stop in during the earlier soft opening and try some other ones. I got their panela latte and pan de bon. Excited to come back when it’s a little less busy and spend some time.

This place is a fantastic spot for brunch or breakfast! The coffee is excellent—especially the matcha—and the pastries are fresh and creative. The pistachio croffun is a standout, and the empanadas are an absolute must-try. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which makes it even better. 🐾

I have not had a great golden tumeric latte in NJ ever. The place has plenty of seating and is clean. It is busy as it is new, but still recommend!

Amazing coffee and baked goods. All staff members are attentive and caring. They are still working out opening details, but a great addition to the neighborhood.

I love to see new Latino-owned businesses in my area, but I’m not a fan of the matcha because it had too much milk. It tasted only like oat milk and sugar instead of matcha.

Over all experience was great. I have been there multiple times to try all of the different drinks and I must say they have all been on point. The ambience is very laid-back and relaxing. The decor is very trendy. The service was spectacular. The only thing I’m not to crazy about is thei prices on the food and pastries. I think they are overpriced compared to all the other places I’ve been to to buy similar food items at also trendy places.

Congratulations @palmascafenj on your opening! A great addition to the New Jersey specialty coffee scene with world champion barista @alemendez4m
We tried both the blend and El Salvadorian single origin espressos and the empanadas.
Beautiful build out and great vibe!

New cafe in downtown Cranford with plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor) and large selection of drinks and breakfast/lunch items. Beautifully decorated. We came on a Sunday morning and waited about 20-30 minutes. We ordered a pour over coffee (there are different options of milk for you to use on the self serve counter), a pork and cheese pupusa, a beef empanada and a chocolate chip cookie. There is also water available on the self serve counter which is always great. Wonderful cafe to have in the downtown and looks like people enjoyed the food. Only wish there were prices on the menu in stores.

Is this place open? It said closed online for a bit
I just went to this place for the first time with my boyfriend. I ordered a latte and a ham and cheese, extra toasted. The latte was not bad.
Upon receiving the ham and cheese, I nicely informed the employee that I was allergic to sesame seeds and asked if I could get another type of bread. I also apologized for the inconvenience. She said they only had sesame seed and whole grain. This seems like something worth mentioning prior, especially since not everyone can eat or likes seeds.
I agreed to the whole grain bread, after she said it didn’t have sesame seeds, and instead of making it again, she took the ham and cheese from the previous sandwich and just dumped it on the whole grain bread, just like that. I am extremely disappointed. I’ve worked in the service industry and would never be rude to anyone serving. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. She is a young girl and I don’t know if she was having a bad day. She seemed to have an attitude as soon as we walked in. This is absolutely not okay, especially when I was very nice and polite in my request.
I left the sandwich on the counter and will not be returning.

Fantastic bread!! Adorable baked goods. Was craving a sweet bread and so glad we found this bakery. They take bread seriously. Went in for something sweet and discovered their raspberry pie bread. This stuff is life changing. Incredibly delicious and satisfying. I’ve never tasted anything like it before. Also had to get some ciabatta because the bread all looked beautifully baked. It’s was all so delicious I will go back to Cranford just for this bakery.
