I have been to Palmas countless times since opening and while i have not had an issue with food/drinks or service, I have been running into the issue where there is absolutely no seating at the cafe. A few months ago, it was fine since it was warm out and you could find somewhere to sit outside in town but now that winter is coming, it’s pretty ridiculous. I think you should strongly implement time limits at tables so people can get the opportunity to sit down and eat/drink inside. People literally linger at tables after eating and drinking while watching people struggle to find a seat.

I went with 2 friends on a holiday so it was busy but we had no problems. We were able to get a table inside but it is a little bit small so I wouldn't go on a holiday or weekend again. The pistachio crossiant I had was delicious and so was the cappuccino.

Also, barista was very rude after the drink wasn’t explained right by the cashier last time 😫

The place is really beautiful, and the food, the bread, the coffee—everything is ok. However, the only thing they need is an air extractor, because I’ve been there twice, and when I leave, I smell like bread and grease. The smell clings to my clothes and isn’t pleasant at all. Also, the crème brûlée donut seemed a bit old inside, like it was from two days ago. It tasted good, but it was a little hard.” Since this is a new place, everything should be fresh. Prices are also quite high.

Busy coffee shop! They create interesting flavors in every drink that attracts you to come back. The inside feels very comfortable and nice to spend your afternoon with friends or family! The Patio is small but perfect if you bring your dog!

First and last visit, bad experience, atmosphere is good, a lot of people with laptops like Starbucks, food was not good at all, the girl who took the order was really rude, I know it was busy, but she changed her mood with the next customer, my friend also noticed that, if you really want to try a new cafe place, go somewhere else.

Sets the standard for what a local cafe should be: fun seasonal drinks, delicious bakery items, friendly staff, and a neighborhood vibe.
I ordered the pumpkin pie matcha (loved this twist on the fall pumpkin drink), along with a Philly cheesesteak empenada.
I also tried the pistachio scone, which has the perfect texture without being too dry. It does have a delicious frosting on top so would recommend it with a less sweet drink so you don’t get a sugar overload.
I also got the Nutella cruffin. It's like a mini cinnamon roll and the texture is phenomenal. Its layers make it so fun to eat too. 10/10
