I have been coming to Papa Ganache for years. First in Matawan and now Cranford location because it is closer to me. The treats are always delicious but I want to shout out the customer service and staff. I have noticed in this day and age customer service is few and far between.But not here at PG! Specifically Carter!!! Carter is always so pleasant and kind no matter how many questions I may have about a product. I appreciate your kindness Carter!!! Thank you for showing me there are still kind people in this world.

Ever since I became vegan my Fiancé buys me all my desserts from Papa Ganoche every Valentine’s Day & it’s all Delicious! The cupcakes the tarts the cheesecake and cookies.Vegetarian options: You have to go try them their all good.Kid-friendliness: The counter person always very attentive and helpful so kind as well.
I've been to two of the vegan/gluten free baking classes they offer so far and just scheduled another one. Coco the pastry chef and instructor makes the classes a fun and comfortable environment to learn and bake in. The desserts always come out super yummy and are great to share with friends, co workers or family (everyone raves about how good they are when I bring what I made from the classes) Definitely my go to self care activity to have fun and relax. Papa Ganache is always amazing! Got a mouth watering cookies & cream birthday cake from here & it was a hit! The 6” cake was massive & multiple layers with super rich & moist cake filled with cookies & cream frosting. The top was covered in chocolate ganache- so yummy!

I thought the cupcake I got here tasted weird compared to other vegan bakeries I've tried. I got a carrot cake cupcake. The cupcake was a good consistency but was very bland tasting for a carrot cake cupcake. The icing was also a good consistency but was very sour. It just tasted off. The cupcake was also more expensive than I've gotten from other vegan bakeries at $5.75 per cupcake. It was not worth the price for the weird flavor.

Superb quality vegan food! The quiche was great and all the items are of optimal quality. Had the mac & cheese and it was really satisfying! I have pretty high standards being a chef myself but it really exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the visit.

Be aware if you order with this bakery their credit card charge IS PERCENTILE OF THE ORDER, meaning if you get a $250 order you'll be surprised with a extra 8.75 processing fee. How is it that every other business in the country has a flat credit fee of a dollar or two, but this lone bakery feels the need to charge an upwards of $7 for what is for most of the country the default form of payment, had I known of the egregious charge I would have had second thoughts about placing the order in the first place.
