Did DoorDash they didn’t put any sauce no utensils nothing food was gross chicken and broccoli was very dry Broccoli was hard very disappointed

They don't tell you about a delivery fee! Gave a generous tip! Sneaky business and food was average. Will never order again!! 😂 Owner called with apology because of delivery fee I was unaware of. Refunded it.Was principal -- not fee.

This was my first time coming here and it definitely did not disappoint. My friend recommended this place, so I had high expectations. The food was favorable and hot. The service was good and delivery was fast. Def would recommend again!

My favorite menu are Beef / Shrimp Lo Mein , very authentic!! And The Shrimp with string bean in garlic sauce is awesome too !! Cindy (The owner) is very nice and friendly. If you get hungry at late night, This restaurant won’t let you down💪🏼🙏

One of my Barbershop customers Kevin spoke to me about the quality of service and food at Phoenix Chinese Restaurant as he does delivery for them. Yesterday afternoon I ordered House Special fríed rice.It was delicious and loaded. Excellent. Awesome choices from the menú. And good delivery. Definitely FIVE Stars.

I placed an online order at 6:00 p.m. with an estimated delivery time of 6:44 p.m. By 7:07 p.m., I still hadn’t received my food, so I called to check the status. They assured me it was “out for delivery.” When I called again at 7:22 p.m., I got the same response. By this time, I had been waiting almost an hour and a half, so I asked what kind of discount they could offer for the delay. Instead of offering any compensation, the owner suggested canceling my order entirely. I explained that I have kids waiting to eat and that it was getting close to their bedtime, but she still didn’t seem concerned. Then, when I called back at 7:38 p.m., she said she’d turned the driver around, effectively canceling my order after all that time.

I’ve ordered from this place before and tried to be a loyal customer despite some minor issues, but this experience was unacceptable. Waiting nearly two hours for food, only to be met with poor customer service and no resolution, is frustrating. If you value your time and appreciate good service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I ordered food from here and went to pick it up. As soon as I walk in a worker that was eating was clearly sick. He sneezed food onto the floor, then continued to wipe his nose with his hands. Then the worker cleaned it up, because, I was right there. I asked the lady if he worked there, she said no. The guy used the hands he wiped his nose with to open the door, then I see him go in the kitchen. I just walked out. Do not be fooled because this is in a nice neighborhood. I will never patron this place again. Becareful for your health
