Stay away!!!! I had breakfast and lunch. The food was horrible and so was the atmosphere. Westfield diner has better food and atmosphere.

Good food but ugly app practices. I've been ordering here for years. The minute they got my order wrong and sent me coffee with no cream they blocked me from ordering here. Everyone is human and we all make mistakes. I reported you guys to grubhub because I paid for something that I didn't get. BE ALARMED IF YOU EVER ORDER ON THE APP AND THEY MAKE A MISTAKE WHICH NEVER HAPPENED IN THE PAST..They'll put you in the system as a reject. My money was good until the day you guys failed to complete my order. I literally hit re-order every single time for years, so who fault is that.

I'm not sure what's happening with rustic Mill, but it seems like it needs some work done. They were out of three different foods that we ordered, the bathroom is one of the most disgusting restrooms I've ever been in and the food that we ended up ordering,was not cook properly. I hope you can bring this place back to life, it used to be one of my favorites. Sorry for the bad review

The food is pretty mediocre but the service here is pretty bad. The staff made it feel like an inconvenience to be there and to ask for anything. Even when we arrived, the women was being rude to someone on the phone and didn’t acknowledge our presence. There was also a family behind us that left before ordering because of lack of attentiveness. We are pretty easy-going diners but with all the options in the area, we wouldn’t return due to the lack of just overall friendliness.

Typical new jersey diner. Good hearty comfort food. Great brunch and breakfast menu. Staff is attentive. Plenty of parking and prices are fair.

Best Diner in New Jersey... The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Nick, the owner, is one of a kind and his positive personality brightens everyone's day! PS. Pancakes there are unreal!
