Lovely wedding venue with pleasant staff
The Garrison recently hosted a 40th celebration for my husband. From soup to nuts, the owner, Michele, and staff, were beyond hospitable! They went above and beyond to tailor our menu desires throughout the heatwave, created unique cocktails for the night, and displayed a warm and friendly environment for each and every one of our guests. Couldn’t be more grateful! Everyone had such a great time. THANK YOU!
I got together with one of my girlfriends for food and drinks. The spot seemed to be new so wanted to try it. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. I decided to sit at the bar and Matt was our bartender. All I got was a glass pinot nior and my friend got the margarita pizza and the mocha martini. Everything was very good. While we hung out there was live music. The place was super chill and I had a pretty decent time out and would return.
Amazing food and staff ?
The Garrison replaces Kilkenny's Irish Pub. Got there early for a beer and leave. So our group was the very first customers. The vibe was different although the place still looks the same with the exception of fresh paint. Will need to go back and try their food and cocktails.
What a place... The Guinness is cheap and always a proper pour. The salume pizza is one of the best I've ever had. They do close a bit early tho (to keep out spillage from the river and rail). Overall they did a damn good job transforming the ol Kilkenny.
