They had a large outdoor seating area completely covered by a tent. As a vegetarian, their dinner menu was very friendly, but their lunch menu was.. They had an excellent sweet potato veggie burger (they also have a traditional veggie burger). They also had an omelet. They were also tolerant of young children and menu adjustments. I will definitely go there for lunch again.

It was so nice to go to an authentic Irish bar in NJ and not have it feel like a pure piss-take! Delicious food and great drinks. Super friendly staff and a lovely owner who makes all the guests feel special. If I lived closer, I’d be here every day!

Sunday lunch here at noon. I was the first customer and got a table right in front of the fireplace. Had the Kilkenny cream ale and an all Ireland ?? burger. My wife had the lamb burger and we started it all of with some nachos. One of the best burgers in the area for sure. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I will return here many times!

The restaurant was very accommodating in taking us without a reservation on Mother's Day. Tables were spaced out with barriers, I particularly liked the barriers for bar seating but that is for another visit. We had a great lunch. I had the mussels in white wine sauce and mom had a burger. Service was on point. Overall a very nice quick Mother's Day Brunch.

Friendly staff but the food is blech.....Ordered a Reuben Sandwich.Although it was HUGE...it looked like the sandwich had fallen on the floor and was thrown back on the plate. A big unappealing mess with chuncks of fatty corn beef (not slices) and soggy rye bread. (untoasted)For a $16.00 sandwich I was very disappointed.

Was supposed to go to an Irish pub in Clark NJ but it is still on Covid restricted schedule so we went over to Kilkenny House in Cranford. Nice selection of beers and specialty cocktails friendly attentive staff. I ordered mussels in the marinara sauce as app fish n chips for dinner dining companion had Cesar salad with grilled shrimp. Caesar was really good and the fish n chips were fish n chips perfectly prepared and good, but the MUSSLES !!!Now I get mussels wherever they are available as an app and these were probably the best I’ve ever had . Don’t expect your typical marinara sauce this is a soupy spice interpretation which is spot on delicious . I’d drink a pint of it that’s how good it is.Hal shall return even if it’s for 10 orders of mussels
