Triestina's is a go to resturant that serves consistently delicious Italian fare. We have always enjoyed personal service. It has a comfortable environment and is easy for conversation during the meal.

Recently went for dinner. My veal was tough, soup very thin and the carpet is filthy. It needs to be redone. I would not go back or recommend. There are much better byo restaurants around.

Food is made to order. Good recipes and imported tomatoes. A little on the pricey side but justified by the quality. I will return.

We love Triestina's Ristorante!!! The ingredients are fresh and handled with precision on the plate. The lobster bisque was perfection, the beet salad is packed with flavors on the palate, the capellini pommodoro is packed with fresh tomato and basil, and if you don't come back for that, you will be back for the pistachio cake dessert. The hospitality and attention of the service staff is incomparable as the drinks are never empty and food is served fresh with a smile. Happy New Year!

The welcome was not warm - neither personally nor in the restaurant itself which was on the cool side with other diners covering their shoulders. The food was awful - insipid tasteless pea soup and over cooked sludgy fusilli. Not many other diners, the place was not even half full …. what a surprise?!

I was staying in jersey for a conference and this restaurant was the closest to our hotel. It certainly did not disappoint. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was absolutely delicious. The servers were attentive and efficient. There were 2 or 3 other parties when we arrived and by the time we got dessert every table in the restaurant was full. Certainly a neighborhood’s favorite. Don’t think twice just go and make a pit stop next door to the pub and pick up a bottle of canyon road! We all had the chicken martini with cognac sauce made to perfection. Awesome portions! Will certainly go again

We had been here a few times before over the last ten years but this Saturday we came here for a family dinner with 15 people in the second smaller room. Benny our waiter and Isabel our waitress were both very attentive and accommodating, including providing additional support for one of our family members who is in a wheelchair (one main reason we chose Triestina is because the bathroom is wheelchair accessible as well). Isabel also played with my 3 year old niece and kept her occupied for a while so her parents could enjoy their meal! The other Benny (the manager) could not have been nicer. He arranged everything to make our dinner as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. We did not feel crowded at our table like other restaurants sometimes do and Benny worked directly with me in planning our dinner party and was very easy and flexible to work with. He even contacted us because two member so our party had forgotten their leftovers that were neatly packaged by the waiter and Benny put them aside for us. Triestina serves a host of Italian classics entrees and sides and the menu is quite large, with some good specials offered. The premises, tables, utensils and floors were impeccably clean, and the food was good. All our meals tasted as good as they looked. Many people seemed to be regulars but the restaurant was not noisy. We also liked that Triestina is BYOB so you don't feel pressured by staff to order drinks. Everything served here was of high quality and they do not skimp on anything served. The prices are reasonable for a nice Italian dinner. Overall, an excellent experience and we will be back.

I was at Triestina for an event recently and all I could say is I was very disappointed. The owner was rude and short. When requesting meal modifications due to allergies, it seem to be a problem due to things being pre made. Its an Italian restaurant, I would think everything should be made fresh. Then when getting the first part of our meal which was the pasta and the owner put it down in front of me , I ask is this dairy /gluten free and he made the biggest sigh and snatch it so fast , when I know the owner was notified before the party that there our guests with food allergies. Then when getting the main course. My food wasn't even hot . It was like it was in a microwave for a few minutes and then thrown on a plate . Presentation of the meals was horrible. There was no coming around to see if guest wanted refills or anything and I never got a refill of my drink. The owner was no where to be found. Then when desert came, the owner ask if the cake could be cut already and we didn't even sing happy birthday yet . It was like the owner was rushing us out . Then when the cake was served. It was like thrown on the plate and smush. Over all the owner Benny was completely rude and the food was mediocre and I would never come back and I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
