I have been going to Urban Burger since 2020 and it has never disappointed. I have gotten food in the restaurant and ordered to pick up. I get the BYO chicken burger and the chicken has most delicious seasoning on it that I have ever had. Add a fried egg and a tomato on top and you have a delicious sandwich. I also have been ordering the buffalo wings and the sweet thai chili wings and they are a 10/10. My only suggestion is for them to make an in house ranch instead of using a store brand tasing version. Do yourself a favor and visit here!

I got the brie burger and added bacon. Fig jam was a nice touch with the brie. Burgers have a cool concept and build your own if you want something specific. The fries were still crispy when they arrived too which is usually rare for places.
Stopped in our way through as we saw it had amazing ratings. I know it's a burger joint but we are wing people, and we didn't regret getting them! We also grabbed an order of the fried pickles at the recommendation of the server. Wings were very good, had a great sweet flavor in the buffalo! I typically like mine extra crispy and I feel these were not but still a great pick. The pickles to me had a bit too much pepper for my liking but still went down with the wings! All amd all id stop on the way through again! Oh, be sure to check out the walls! Absolutely cool!

Seen this place on tik tok and immediately drove here with my boyfriend! He got the Ladder 31 burger and wings and I had chicken tenders and fries with an oreo milkshake. Food was so fresh and juicy! The staff is very efficient and hospitality is amazing. I will be back every time I think of fast food. Thank you :)

Pros- I really liked the decor and vibe inside. The cashier was extremely pleasant. The bathroom was huge and clean. We ordered the mild wings. They were crispy, as we like them, and great! I’d definitely get them again. Cons- the bathroom was out of paper towels- this should be refilled at the end of each day to prep for the next day and checked throughout the day. Ranch is a common condiment to accompany wings but they didn’t have any. Although the fried pickles had a nice pickle to batter ratio, the batter had way too much pepper in it- they had more heat than the wings! Overall- good wings and establishment. Glad we took the drive to try it but not worth revisiting.

I had an amazing experience at Urban Burger in Cranford, NJ! I ordered the Waffle Burger and it was absolutely excellent – every bite had bursts of crystallized sugar in the waffle, which made it the real star of the meal. The Sriracha Yucca Fries with garlic aioli were a perfect spicy, crispy side, and the Corn Poppers tasted homemade with the sweet BBQ ranch – a definite 10/10. The Onion Rings were seasoned perfectly and super satisfying.
My wife got the Being Cheesy Burger and loved how generous they were with the cheese. Even the fountain soda hit the spot, especially with that chipped ice!
Urban Burger really nailed it – great food, fun twists on classics, and everything cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!
Glorified hospital food. Bad management, and terrible service. Don’t waste your time or money.

The owner of this awful place is a child who will not serve the customer. Make sure to check their dumb social media pages before ordering online because they may be closed with no announcement on the place's website and their Toast app turned on and taking orders. And if you need a refund -- forget it. They refuse to help and call you names on Yelp messages. I hope this place gets what it deserves but with that behavior, I won't have to hope much at all. Shameful. The BBB will be in touch with them. Calling customers names is disgusting. And refusing to issue refunds when an order was not fulfilled is FRAUD. But the owner doesn't realize that because he's smarter than everyone else and busy replying with rude, dismissive comments to reviews he doesn't like on Yelp. He should spend more time trying to serve the customer and improve his menu which has gone down hill in the last few years. Best of luck, "sweetie."

When their online ordering system was on today, they weren’t there, nor did they turn it off. When I requested a refund for an order that went through, they dismissed it and told me I was inappropriate. Do not go here. The food has gone down hill and the customer service doesn’t exist if they can make an error turning off their ordering system and then blame the customer. Go somewhere that appreciates your patronage. This isn’t it.
