Vinny’s is my go-to in the Garwood/Westfield/Cranford area. Every pizza I’ve ordered was delicious and the quality has always been consistent. My family loves the buffalo chicken pie and the grandma’s Sicilian. Their chicken parm hot sub is excellent as well.

I ordered online and paid online, (waaaayyy ahead of time) when I got there, OMG there was such a big line. I waited for 30 minutes only to find out that a delivery guy grabbed my pizza by mistake. Had to wait for the Delivery guy to come back and of course pizza was cold and the box was all f up. When I asked if I could get another pie, they said NO. Just no, no explanation. Very GOOD PIZZA but such bad customer service.

Three kids sitting in the path to the counter supposedly to handle phone orders…all on cell phones, one kid looks like he’s sleeping. Awful first impression when you walk in the door. Waited to place an order not acknowledged for a long time. Left and will not be back. Not a great way to run a business. Saw one guy with an almost $100 tab leave $1.00 as the to go tip.

We arrived on Halloween night and were delighted with the service and the pizza. Much better than other popular pizzerias, this pizza is delicious. Very good flavor, nothing cloying.?They treated us very attentively, they didn't make us wait any time, the atmosphere outside and inside was very pleasant, (and Cranford is a very nice little town, I love it too) The bathroom was very clean, sweets Halloween?well, everything is excellent. We arrived with my dog and they also treated her very well by asking for water for her. If you visit Cranford, I recommend visiting Vinny's Pizza, and above all you don't spend too much, the prices are quite comfortable and you are satisfied with the food and service.
