SALMON 5 WAYS
5 pieces of salmon sushi, consisting one each of fresh salmon, seared salmon, seared mayo salmon, onion mayo salmon and salmon tataki (minced).
SUSHI SELECTION
8 pc sushi + 2 rolls An assortment of sushi selected by the chef. Includes tuna and salmon nigiri and ikura (salmon roe) gunkan, and 2 rolls.
TUNA 5 WAYS
5 pieces of tuna sushi, consisting one each of "akami" (lean red meat), 1 zuke (marinated), 1 chutoro (medium fatty tuna), 1 otoro (fatty tuna) and 1 negitoro (minced fatty tuna mixed with chopped scallion).
DAILY 5
5 pieces of sushi chosen by our chef for the day. A good option if you can't decide or want a variety of sushi.

Cold Appetizer
EDAMAME
Blistered edamame served with sprinkles of seaweed from Awajishima. Prepared to be rich in flavor and aromatic and sweet.
SALMON CARPACCIO
Thinly sliced fresh Scottish salmon (3 oz) served with yuzu sauce. Served on a bed of sliced sweet onion, and topped with salmon roe, daikon sprouts and chopped salted kelp.
WASABI OCTOPUS
Octopus marinated in wasabi sauce. Originally started out as a 'punishment' dish but people soon realized it was too addictive and delicious!
EGGPLANT AGEBITASHI (V)
Deep fried eggplant soaked in vegetarian dashi resulting in melt-in-your-mouth dish bursting with flavorful broth. Topped with Myoga Ginger and finely grated ginger.

Service, decor, and atmosphere was absolutely top tier! The interior took me straight back to Japan. Jugemu deserves a visit (regular meal or special occasion) especially if you enjoy japanese food!

The food was very authentic from the sashimi to the sukiyaki, and the desserts (omg the desserts). The wagyu sukiyaki has a very sweet broth (almost too sweet tbh) and the dipping egg sauce was a bit over hyped. The eel bowl and sashimi bowl were true to their taste...

Wow! A Japanese restaurant actually run by Japanese with Japanese sushi chefs! A rare find on the East coast for sure.

We will DEFINITELY be coming back here. The food was exquisite—from the presentation to the taste. The ambience was simple, elegant and bright. I loved everything about this place. The manager and waiter were amazing.

I loved that the restroom was upstairs (see pics). It was so quaint…like going up to a spa. Classy restroom…so...

Food was amazing but the service here was exceptional. We had Weasley as our waiter and he went above and beyond for us. One of the nicest wait staff we’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back.
